My husband just got his hair cut here today, he originally liked how it came out but was informed by a friend that there was a bald spot on the back of his head. The phone number to this location is not working so not only can I not get ahold of them to talk to them about it, they didn’t even tell him at the appointment.
Unfortunately he does remember the name of the person who cut his hair.

Felt like I got scammed. I went in for a haircut and barely got any hairs cut. I sit there and I tell the stylist that I want to get my hairs trimmed to remove split ends and get a bit of a framing. He starts parting my hairs and started with the front hairs, does a little bit trimming and front and then barely after 3 minutes he is done. Says what else can I do?
And I was like well I thought this is how he starts and he will cut my hairs but no! He neither combed my hair nor touched any hairs except a barely front frame.
Then when I said can you please atleast remove split ends and again he asked me to stand up (bcz I have long hairs) and barely cut any hairs at all. Stops again and says have a look - what else can I do?
This time fearing that he might get upset and does something else to my hair, I walked away.
A big scam. The hair stylist name was Jacob.
I have been to this salon before and there last time a lady cut my hair so well but this time was a huge disappointment.

Jeannie cut my hair and good a fabulous job. She was enjoyable to talk with. If you go to this location, I recommend her.

I've only been going here 6 months, definitely not the best service but doable. I've had the same person three times each time I get the same cut which is as simple as a 1 1/2 on the sides and this time 2 inches in length of the top. I go in and it was the same lady as last time who is a manager, they print out a receipt and she repeats what the receipt says and it's the same haircut I get every time. 1 1/2 cut on the sides and every few months like today I'll get some cut off the top only in length.. Before I could stop her it wasn't even a one on the sides it looked to be less than a half on the sides. You can barely even see I have hair on the sides of my head. Then I just wanted something as simple as 2 inches off on the top and I comb my hair straight back, so all she had to do was just cut the scissor straight and if you look at the back of my head after she was done it looked like a frown.. I looked absolutely ridiculous. This is two times in a row this manager cuts my hair and it looks like she's literally about to get off and she's rushing through as quickly as she can. Mind you this is the manager. Before she starts she says one and a half on the side and I say yes and now I probably have a millimeter of hair there if that. Granted It's Great clips I'm not expecting much but the other people there who have cut my hair have been great but this manager seems to be in such a rush she will shave your head raw, cut the length of your hair into a upside-down smile on the back of your head. I don't know why she rushes through, I checked in before 5:00, she told me she gets off at 6:00 I was there way ahead of time and she took maybe 90 seconds to shampoo and condition my hair. I'm going to walk around embarrassed for 3 weeks but it's my fault I went to a great clips. (Which I would have kept going to if I had someone that actually cared)

This is a really busy store, but the team are friendly and you can walk on away with a decent cut if you're in a pinch and need a trim. The advertised wait times are often not representative of the waits in store. Be sure to check in online, but still be prepared to wait a bit even after getting your text to head to the store. That being said, still a quality location, clean and well priced.

They already had hair cut details in system from past records , staff confirmed if still want the same haircut or any changes
Haircut was done in 10-15 mins
Had a coupon that was able to apply

I am not satisfied with the service I had. Ms. Elvira did not welcome me at first sight,i started talking to her and asked her how her day was . even She did not ask me what style, i I told her how much she should cut and what style I wanted, I started talking to her and she didn't even blow dry my hair. . She combed my hair roughly and even pulled my hair roughly. I even told her that it hurt. I did not event say anything or smile. Why are they making a fuss? I have been coming to this place for several years and I have never seen such treatment from stylist…ever
. I am dissatisfied with the treatment and the haircut:((

If you don't have your personal trained completely, don't put them on service. The hair stylist didn't understand or made an attempt to understand what I was trying to tell her and my haircut was done in less than 5 minutes which I could have done it myself. And the stylist straight away said that she can just trim the bread to a certain size but not line up which is the same thing the stylist have done with my hair.

The Stylist named Ana and Elsa are the best. This is my 3rd Visit to this salon and I haven’t had any issues. The Stylists are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the hair cuts they do. Each time I visit there is no wait time and they do the hair cuts fast. I recommend coming to this place if you need a fresh hair cut.

I don’t usually rate anything unless it’s for a good reason. But considering how the Barber, I,Got Today was very inconsiderate and did not care how he cut my hair. I asked for a simple fade on the sides, a little bit off the top. But instead of doing that the barber told me he wanted to do a one on the side. I told him to do it how it was like in the photo and all he had to say was a weird remark in regards to that this haircut was for Black people. Keep in mind the guy in the photo is Mexican and me myself I was Mexican as well. Needless to say, I had to stop the cut early due to his negligence and lack of care for what he does. I’ve been going here for a couple months any and I’ve had no complaints until now. I didn’t catch the name of the barber I was with, but his description is a Asian man with a ball fade on the side and I could see he was trying to give me the same haircut he had but with nothing on the back.
