My full set was so horrible looking I wanted to cry. Looks like a 7 tear old did it. I should have taken the hint when there were only 2 customers in on a Fri afternoon. Then, within a week, almost half had popped off. Not broken, POPPED, like some cheap ass Lee Press Ons. Whoever is running this place has a lot of audacity charging much more than average for such low quality product and workmanship

This Great Nails is not so GREAT! Its way over priced for the service! We went in for 4 Pedicures and left only getting 3. I had 2 kids and 2 adults. I paid full price for the 2 kids and they spent 15 minutes doing thier feet. My motherNlaw got tired of waiting after they started working on a lady who got their after us. Then all of a sudden they had 5 people begging for her and offering discounts to get back in a chair. My daughters also got manicures. The man who did her manicure was rough and her nails look horrible. He may be special needs so my daughter didnt want to complain. We will never go back and do not recommend this place, customer service is not good.Services: Pedicure

I am very disappointed. The worst customer service. Lilly was the tech that did my nails. This lady has no respect none whatsoever. I was told that I was picky and was rushed. My nails were crooked and uneven. She kept giving me attitude and was aggressive when holding my hand.I called on Monday and complained to manager. Her name is Kim. I explained to her what happened and she asked to come in to get this fixed. I went in the next day and she took care of me. The service was Amazing. I'm glad I called.Thank You Kim and her techs.

First time customer and extremely happy with the services! I just moved into town and have been worried about finding a new salon because I’m extremely picky when it comes to my nails. Helen did my gel pedicure and did an amazing job. She was very attentive and detail-oriented. Tony did my SNS manicure and matched the reference photo I showed him perfectly. He addressed all my concerns and went over and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the overall results. Very relieved to have found this salon!Services: Foot massages

Well.. this was my first time trying this place as its only a two minute drive from home. I usually go to another nail place but for the sake of time and commute I decided to give this place a try. Worst mistake ever! It is my birthday weekend and I wanted something a bit extra but as soon as I sat down the service was rushed! I usually prefer women over men to do my nails but they ended up giving me a male. I didn't get his name but he was rushing me and very rough. I had him take off one of the tips when he first started due to it being crooked and he said it was the way my finger is. Complete BS as my original place always has them on point. Since I was rushed I just went with classic ombré because you can't go wrong with that right? Wrong. No reason some of my nails should be crooked even after fixing them. I will not be returning. One star because of how quickly I was helped but I didn't know I'd be rushed.

None of the workers are actually licensed or trained! I moved down the street. First time I went for a full set Paula did an AWFUL job. I was embarrassed but in a rush after she took 2 hours to do a simple full set. I called the manager removed the set and did new set and apologized. Today went back for a pedi... I was robbed! The "cheapest" pedi is $56. PLUS $18 for gel. It took her all of 20 minutes as she was in a hurry. I witnessed two separate guests complaining while I was there in which one stated all the licensing numbers are copied not real certificates. I checked and sure enough! Never again!

I just had the worst experience ever I usually get my nails done else where but 05/12/23today I decided to try out a new place and I was so excited they received me with a smile but as they were doing my nails the experience went down hill? I asked her for a design and it was horribly made so I asked her to a fix a nail she continued on the design and it got worse!! The nail shape is horrible it’s so bumpy and some finger nails look wider than other not even similar:( and glitter is stuck all over the nail not even neat!!! Unfortunately not pleased! I paid for a $65.00 pedicure. They very nice lady that did my pedicure must be new! She asked if I wanted to trim the nails - I said yes, just a little lit...cut everyone to the quick!!! She did not trim the skin around the nails. I could have painted the nails better with my left hand...I am right handed! Over all was unhappy with the service and sick that I spent $75.00!
