This HEB is yet another stores who allows customers to be disrespected by prioritizing others without some explanation. While in the 2lane drive through @ the Rx I pulled up 1st, pushed the HELP Button, adviced to wait. Then a 2nd car eventually pulls up in the other lane & was helped immediately. Respecting folks Time should be Equal across the board. These Reviews help me to plan where I receive service & I hope mine help people stay aware of the disregard.

I just talked to the rudest person at the pharmacy. I will definitely be switching my prescription to another HEB. This is just ridiculous

I go there for my prescriptions and every time I called to check or place an order for prescriptions. They are so rude on the phone calls. They sometimes hang up. I wish I could give them Zero star staff of the pharmacy needs to change and they need to respect the clients that are calling for nobody’s calling them personally this is for prescriptions and prescriptions only and they need to learn to speak clients with respect and with patience and care. I hope H-E-B pharmacy management will I hope H-E-B pharmacy management step up and stop this rudeness when people call the pharmacy. I show some respect to the patients and clients.

The need more staff for checkout. Line is 8 deep at 11am. 4 in front of me and 4 behind me. Plan for it to take a while when you come.

Continued incompetence over the last year. I recommend finding any other pharmacy if you depend on consistent medication for your well being.

I definitely expected better from an heb employee. A long hair dark skin man was extremely rude at the drive thru. Kept repeating “good luck” multiple times after giving my order. Disgusting service. I wouldn’t come here again or recommend.

Need more help in pharmacy. Don't care if it is automatically answered and requested. I spent 25 minutes on hold to have my prescriptions delivered. If you can setup auto delivery or something else, that would be great. I can't blame the pharmacy employees, they need HELP!

They have managed to get my prescription wrong every. Single. Time. It doesn’t matter how many times they put notes in the system, or update my account. It’s never filled correctly or billed correctly. Even when I call to confirm the quantity before driving over there. It’s WRONG. I shouldn’t have to fill my script a full week prior because they mess it up.

I have only been once... And I will not go back. This pharmacy takes too long and they're understaffed.
