“I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dalton and the experience I’ve had working with him at Ryan Landers’ State Farm office. From the very first conversation, Dalton went above and beyond what I would expect from someone in customer service. Every interaction with him felt personal, genuine, and easy. What really stood out to me was that every time I talked with Dalton, it never felt like I was just talking to an insurance representative. It genuinely felt like I was talking to a friend who actually cared about helping me. He was always patient, understanding, and willing to take the time to explain things and answer my questions without ever making me feel like I was bothering him or asking too many questions. There’s a huge difference between someone simply doing their job and someone who makes you feel like they actually care about the person they’re helping. Dalton absolutely falls into the second category. His customer service is exceptional, and the way he communicates makes what could otherwise be a stressful or frustrating insurance experience feel simple and comfortable. State Farm says, “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there,” and honestly, Dalton is a perfect example of what that means. Every conversation left me feeling like I had someone in my corner who was willing to help, listen, and make sure I understood everything. That kind of service is becoming harder and harder to find, and I truly appreciate it. Dalton is one of those people who makes you remember that great customer service is about more than just answering questions or taking care of business. It’s about how you make someone feel while you’re helping them. He made me feel valued, respected, and taken care of every single time. I’m extremely grateful for all of his help and for the way he handled every conversation with professionalism while still being warm and personable. Ryan Landers’ State Farm office is very fortunate to have someone like Dalton representing them. If you’re looking for an insurance office where you’re actually going to feel like a person instead of just another customer, I would absolutely recommend Ryan Landers’ State Farm office and especially Dalton. He deserves every bit of these 5 stars. Thank you, Dalton, for being the kind of person who makes the whole experience so much better. You really do make the “good neighbor” part of State Farm’s motto feel genuine! From your friend in Louisiana, Kole”

“I needed insurance fast and John Fagan helped us quickly with the right insurance for us. With two young adults I thought insurance would be outrageous but John gave us different options and was always there to help with any questions or suggestions. If your looking for affordable insurance you won’t go wrong working with John.”
