They forgot to charge me for what I owed to the IRS. 4 months later, I get a IRS collections letter in the mail saying I owe $600 in interest and penalties. Called corporate customer service and they gave me the run around on hold twice. I have another call scheduled to fix this.. but the IRS told me they won’t waive the $600 fees.

I came to finish up my taxes and Mylene made the process very easy for me. Not only did she lower my stress level, but the process to get everything done was fairly quickly. Mylene and Denise were very professional and answered all of my questions to the best of their abilities. They also seemed like genuine caring people who truly wanted to help and I would recommend anybody who is heading to an H&R Block to go to this Wells Fargo location and ask for Mylene. I know who I will be going to next year when tax season comes around.

This company, not exact location, is TRASH. They charge too much in person so tried to file online for "free" and at the end they tried to charge me a $35 tax prep fee that I was never told about until the very end. Total waste of my time. If it's not free, then don't trick people into thinking it is. Be up front with your clients!

I've been coming to H&R Block for over 4 years and every year I have a wonderful experience. This year I had the pleasure of working with Mylene.
