I stop by after work early Easter morning and the door was locked with a sign stating closed until 6am. What happened to 24 hour? Employees were outside confused and had to call the supervisor. When someone came to unlock the door she stated it will be a hour to set up because she don’t have cooks. I went elsewhere.I then returned with my children late Easter night. There was only one server. I get it..it’s a holiday but a 24 hour restaurant should KNOW late nights on holidays means people are coming. The host gives eye contact but refuses to acknowledge you right away. As it gets crowded with families we are then acknowledge and were told the wait is 30-45 minutes. Yet there was only ONE family dining who was already served and eating.The food was cold, they lack inventory/ingredients to where my kid had to change her order, I got the wrong side to my order, my daughter got bad lettuce on her chicken sandwich when her original order was a burger, and my other kid didn’t get cheesecake bits in her specialty pancakes. Onion rings was slightly under cooked. We waited so long to eat & waited so long for food that we just ate and leave. The server seems new and nervous. She couldn’t handle everybody at once. I went my entire meal without a refresh of my beverage and she even took my kid plate while she was still eating. The service was poor but she was still tipped for effort.

Please clean the entrance and windows. It is very dirty . Please keep it clean for the people.

Attempted to place an order online and was unable to, so I called the restaurant.The person that answered asked for me to place the order online.I informed her that I was unable to. She stated that she was busy and couldn't take my order and hung up on me.I don't want anything from any establishment with this kind of service.

Terry our server was great. So attentive, and kind.The cleanliness of the location is the only reason why we rated a 4 . There were tables that were not bused and the floor was dirty and we were the only ones in at the time.

I waited an extra 30 minutes for my food (simple 2x2x2 order) after the suggested time. I wanted a refund and had to wait in an additional 20 min, the service was horrible the service was horrible. Called to complain but nobody picked up. I just wanted my money

Should probably shutdown Uber pick ups. Almost all drivers have complained there is delay in orders and they don’t answer phones. I once went up to pick up my own order only to find their phones don’t work. Great food but unfortunately we’ll have to find somewhere else for breakfast.

Pancakes ? were ? delicious. My brother had the ham and cheese ? ? omelet. Take out order Hamburger Combo. Delicious food and service.

Not a very good experience at all. My wife and I came in around 945 for breakfast. We were told there was about a 30 minute wait. Ended up being around 20. We were seated. Asked for orange juice, which was very warm. So I asked for a glass of ice, which took 15 minutes to arrive. After about 45 minutes, my wife and I decided to pay for our drinks and leave. Then our food miraculously appeared. I asked for eggs over medium, and was served eggs over easy. My pancakes arrived after the fact. Half way into them, I realized they were undercooked, ( I could take the batter) undercooked. Funny thing about it all, was that there were at least 3-4 empty tables around me, so they couldn't have been too busy. Bottom line, I won't be coming back. Had a poor experience last time I was here. Decided to give them one more chance. Bad idea.

Horrible service, horrible food, restaurant was dirty, manager was rude. They had ppl sleeping at the table. Do not go unless you have time to waste.

Tried to get late night breakfast at 10:45pm and there was no service and no greeting at the door on a Saturday evening. The waitress looked at us and pretended not to see us. We have tried to go multiple times in the afternoon and were met with zero hospitality. There were several patrons there waiting over 20 minutes and it is unbelievable that they say they are open 24/7 and do not accommodate anyone. I understand being understaffed but no acknowledgement upon entrance and no response to people being present is unacceptable. We decided to go elsewhere and eat as there was no response to our presence. We just wanted late night breakfast at 10:45 and it was as if we walked into a ghost town. We will never go back.

Food took about 30 minutes to come out when there were a total of 7 people in the restaurant (including our family). All food was cold and disappointing.

Don’t go if it’s after 4. Am they don’t serve . Well off to waffle house never IHOP AGAIN
