I brought my vehicle to Image after I was hit by someone who ran a red light. Not only did they tow the vehicle from a different shop for me, but they also stayed consistent on their communication throughout the process. I had never been in an accident before, so I was initially overwhelmed with the process but Alex was able to explain things clearly and thoroughly to help make everything go smoothly. I was genuinely afraid that my car was too far gone, but the team at Image Auto made my car look as good as new! I was on a time crunch, and they got the vehicle done before their expected time. They had an alignment done, but as soon as I drove off (30 minutes before they closed), I noticed the wheel was pulling a little to one direction. I called back and Chris went above and beyond to schedule me an alignment at no charge to me the next morning. I got it done, and was able to take a 24 hour round trip road trip the day following! Everyone here was so kind, professional and when I walked in to get my keys, there was a very strong family vibe. I highly recommend to bring your vehicle here.

We went to Image after my wife’s suv was side swiped. Paul Martinez looked at it after we asked for an estimate and told us it just needed to be buffed out. After 5 minutes he informed us it was ready to go and we didn’t owe them a thing. I’m very appreciative for the good and honest work that they are doing. I highly recommend them to anyone. Just to add I found out about them from someone I know that spoke highly of them.

My passenger side door made an incredibly loud popping noise every time it was opened. I stopped by on a Monday morning, and the staff immediately knew what needed to be done! They fixed it for me right on the spot! And what a nice surprise-free of charge! I hope I do not need auto repair anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely return to Image in Pflugerville!

What a relief to find an auto body shop that does both excellent work and affordable. The communication and service is excellent - the staff are stellar people who take pride in their work. It’s a friendly environment and location is great. I highly recommend!

Awesome job. I dropped off my car after a collision and they fixed it so well. Did every detail they had and there was great communication through out the process to update me on whats going on. I picked up my car fixed, well detailed and even added a car refreshed in it. Definitely recommend Image Auto Body

I was sent here on referral from a performance shop for a busted right front bumper and undercarriage(damn curbs). Chris and his team were very hospitable and quick to get working on my vehicle. Like others have stated the work was efficient, professional and looks great all while being cleaner than when I dropped it off. The entire process was smooth painless and the the team was wonderful to talk to about similar interests in vehicles. The gold chain wearing frenchie pup was hit too.

This is family business and they take it seriously. Very responsible and did an amazing job! They found me Tesla loaner which I thought was almost impossible as not all rental companies have Tesla to give as a loaner. I got updates on my car and they worked with the time frame they said they will do which from my experience also never happened.
