Went in to ask for inspection availability on Monday and was told the inspector wouldn’t be there until Wednesday. I go in Wednesday and when asking a different employee if the inspector is in, I was rudely told no. I asked when she would be available to which he replied “probably tomorrow”. I recommend calling first to avoid wasting your time with possibly inaccurate information.

I do always coming to this location for years now , even I did move south Austin in the last couple years but still this is my favorite place to do my trucks and van oil change , reasons are :
1. Very professional crew .
2. Fast and quick service .
3. Giving advices for anything that might requires to pay attention .
4. If there is something related to the oil and engine and does need to replace ( small things ) they are ready to help .
5. Keeping my record on their computer then they know which is the best oil for my vehicles I should use ..
6. If there is any discount or coupons that might help into reducing their prices , they telling me and show me how to do it online with easy way ..
