Overpriced, they never answer the phone.No covered parking. there's no luxury about this place. There are undesired people living there, I wouldn't live there even for free. The charge for water, garbage and many other hidden fees. Online they showing the two bedroom $1,700 to $1,800, but when you get there they'll tell you it's $2,000. On their website showing 55+ adult community, but when you get there there is no age restrictions.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Jovie Pflugerville . The staff (Kirra, Lisa , Yuni and Angela) is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the common areas are kept clean and well-maintained.
The location is fantastic—close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, but still quiet and peaceful. My apartment is spacious with modern appliances, plenty of storage, and great natural light.
The community feels safe and welcoming, and the amenities like the fitness center, pool, and resident events really add to the experience. Overall, I highly recommend Jovie Pflugerville to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

My husband and I moved into Jovie in October 2024. I LOVE living in this community. The facility is well maintained, they have fun activities, and a real sense of community. There are a variety of activities to engage different interests. The new management in the last several months have taken resident engagement to the next level. Lisa is loved by the residents. Kirra is creative, engaging, hard working, and responsive. Angela is the consummate professional that is focused on continued excellence. We have a great team at Jovie. If you’re looking for an amazing experience at a 55+ community I give Jovie an A+.

Kirra and her team are truly one of the best in the business! As an apartment locator, I work with countless leasing agents, and it’s rare to come across someone as responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated as Kirra.
She recently hosted an incredible locator event/open house that was not only beautifully organized but also incredibly informative and welcoming. From the thoughtful touches to the thorough property tours, everything was done with professionalism and care. She went above and beyond to ensure every locator felt appreciated and well-informed, which speaks volumes about how she values relationships and takes pride in her work.

Stopped by for a tour and had a great experience with the whole team and happened to stop by when they were doing an event. Kirra walked me through everything and was super friendly and informative—made the process feel really easy. Lisa was also really helpful and answered a few extra questions I had along the way. Angela, the property manager, came out to introduce herself too and was really welcoming. You can tell they all care about what they do and actually take the time to make people feel comfortable. Definitely one of the better touring experiences I’ve had!

Thanks everyone for such a warm welcome to 55 plus community. This is my first community 55 plus.
I’ve worked hard on keeping fit best I can and so many great foods to try I’m looking forward to some new dishes also to try on my own. Then back to the amazing gym very inviting and

“Welcome Home feeling”.

We have been working with Jovie for years. Michelle and the rest of the people here have been nothing short of amazing throughout our partnership, and it’s truly an honor to serve all the amazing residents and witness their smiles after every move.
They all love the property and we do too. The amenities are well kept and they are very quick to respond if you need anything. That all the feedbacks I keep hearing. All over. They have set the bar high for apartments in Austin by how they treat their tenants and would definitely recommend!

Jovie Pflugerville is a wonderful place to live. The place itself is beautiful and the amenities are great! The best part of living here are the friendly residents and the exceptional management. Michelle is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. We love it!

This review is on behalf of my parents who recently moved into Jovie. I want give the upmost praise to the Maintenance people ,Mike and Chrissie. They were both the friendliest and kindest people to my elderly parents. It made me feel reassured to know that my mom and dads needs will be taken care of by this stellar staff. Kudos to Mike and Chrissie on their stellar customer service. Attentive, quick, clear and communicative. The Maintenance staff alone are enough reason to pick Jovie in my opinion.
Now onto the property itself. Jovie is such a beautiful place. Michelle was so kind and patient towards all of my parent's many questions. The pool is beautiful and crystal clear. The Bistro is probably the cutest little restaurant that I've ever seen. It was closed when we toured so I can't personally speak on the food but if its anything like the rest of Jovie im sure its impressive. I couldn't be more thrilled for my parents to be staying here. And they themselves absolutely love it. As long as they have people like Mike, Chrissie and Michelle running the place im sure the property will remain a great place for a very long time.

I visited Jovie Pflugerville and I was so impressed by this lovely community. What spectacular way to live Maintainance free along with the social activity calendar, Which was full of wonderful events that I would really enjoy doing. I toured with Traci she was absolutely wonderful very informative and sweet. She made my visit so enjoyable explained everything about the lifestyle at Jovie. The apartment homes were gorgeous new fresh clean they were full of upgrades and very spacious. The pool and amenities were beautiful. They even had a Bistro restaurant and massage therapist on site. Best yet they’re offering a free rent until 2025 along with special pricing for their apartment, homes, I left there with all my questions answered and my heart full of excitement for this to be my future home!
