I came here on Thursday around 4:50pm and have never experiences such slow cashiers as I have today. One lady was scanning items very slowly, it seemed like at her job was take as long as possible. There was only a long line with only two registers open, sitting the holiday season you should really have more employees helping.
Management needs to take a look at how slow these cashiers are and train them to do better and faster. It should not take that long to checkout a few items.

Love Kohls. The womens section is wonderful. No where else can I get a selection for big women. The ladies at the cash registers are always so wonderful to talk to.

Stephanie and Feryal were absolutely wonderful and so kind! I felt like family the way they treated us with so much patience and kindness. Without a doubt the best kohls experience I’ve ever had! I never do surveys but I felt the need to share how lovely these two ladies were and the experience at the Pflugerville location.

Smaller store but clean and has stock. Can shop and not feel like everything's been handled a thousand times. This one doesn't feel like a tornado ripped through the store. Amazon returns (no line) thumbs up. Items are folded and hung on the racks, not flung about the store. This one is way nicer than the others.

I’m currently in a line that has not moved for 15 minutes. There are two cashiers, both working on returns and price adjustments (one for a customer that never got in line but rather just walked to the front).
A customer behind me asked them to call for backup, which just arrived. Lines are completely understandable, but it was the lack of recognition that the line was growing ever-longer without moving and lack of acknowledgement to any customers that the wait had been lengthy once they did make it to a register that made the experience frustrating.

I recently visited Pflugerville kohl’s to return Amazon items and the person who took care of my return was disrespectful. He didn’t even have the courtesy to handover the return receipt. He just threw the receipt on the table for me to pick it up in a way one can get offended. I didn’t understand why he had to do that and never experienced like this before. I will try to avoid Pflugerville location in the future.

Looking for dresses? This is the place. Kohl's has never been big for carrying dresses so I was pleasantly surprised. They have dresses.

I received a lovely gift from a friend who does not know my size 🤣. Luckily they had the correct size and I was able to do an even exchange. The staff was helpful and friendly. We all got a good laugh and I was happy to make them smile.

The store is very clean and smells great. They sell lots of great clothes and more. I love their Christmas section and my wife loves their Sephora section. They also have a very convenient Amazon returns service. Overall, it's a pleasant experience and the staff are all very friendly and professional.
