Staff always goes out of their way to make my stays exceptional. Front desk is so accommodating and professional. I am treated with respect and kindness. I am greeted with a smile and kind words. I stay here often even though I have other options because of the staff treatment.

I love this hotel. I always come back. I want to appreciate an employee to be recognize her name is Betty she always make me feel like home. Good attitude, meeting my needs. That's the reason that i always come back. Rooms very clean. Good location.

I have never received such a big welcome and high quality customer service from front desk staff. After traveling 9hrs red-eye on a plane with no sleep, Betty and Monique took care of me like loving aunties. The Hawthorn side of the building provides condo-like rooms (full kitchen) while La Quinta side offers regular hotel rooms. The free breakfast buffet was a luxury with your choice of cereals, yogurt, waffles, french toast, sausage links & patties, scrambled & hard-boiled eggs, potatoes, fruits, bagels, coffee, juices, and milk. Ample parking to include long spaces for trucks & RVs. Home Depot, Target, restaurants, and shopping across the street. Pflugerville community is quiet, clean and developing and 30min to downtown Austin. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel, the rooms were much nicer than we even expected them to be. Very comfortable to stay in even for the short weekend, would be comfortable for even longer stays as our room had an entire little kitchen setup with pots and pans, plates and all included. Highly recommend

Every thing was great! The room was quiet and had blackout blinds. There was a lot of families here but I heard no noise at night! I was given a room in the Hawthorne section, which was a nice surprise because it had a tiny kitchen and fridge. I’m glad I stayed here, and will definitely return.

Had a great stay at La Quinta thanks to Ghinesky at the front desk. She was super attentive and made my stay really pleasant. Her tips on where to eat and what to see were spot on. Highly recommend!

To the woman that helped us last night get a room last minute, I'm sorry I don't remember your name but you were an amazing help!!Our AC went out late last night, long story short I called this hotel and reserved a room. We got there about 10pm completely dead tired and the woman at the desk had the unfortunate responsibility of letting us know whatever call center I talked to did not actually make us a reservation. But this woman turned what could have been a bad situation into a good and fun experience. She found us a room and got us taken care of.The room was clean and nice and breakfast the next morning was actually very good.

Ghinesky never fails to amaze me with how helpful she is. Great customer service, very polite and knowledgeable girl every time I stay here she has an answer and solution for everything. The bedroom blanket was very nice and the bed very comfortable to rest after a long day of work. The hot morning breakfast is a plus. Front desk is always clean and smells really nice

I did like that the hotel is located in the middle of shopping plazas. There are many restaurants nearby. We didn’t utilize the pool area, but it was nice. The hotel was fairly clean. Although the hotel was fairly clean the first room we checked into on the first floor had a roach under the covers on the first bed. The only accommodation we received was another room but on the second floor. Upon informing the front desk attendant of the issue she stated, “We do not have those problems.” As if I am not being truthful. I did not like that I was not issued a discount or refund because I specifically asked for a very clean and sanitized room due to having my children with me.Walkability: There are many stores in walking distance
