Highly do not recommend going here. I arrived in a timely manner, and staff refused to acknowledge me. And I only came in for a simple drug screen. Now I have to go out of my way to go somewhere else. Who ever works here should be very ashamed in themselves quite honestly, and seek employment elsewhere. Maybe dollar general or something due to the lack of empathy and responsibility in their job title.

Labcorp really needs to go out of business. These wait times are insane 2 to 3 hours and each location makes their own rules for employee convenience. No drug screens after 11 AM when I’ve been waiting since 9:40 and you call me up at 11:30….. please go out of business for the sake of humanity lol

I arrived to my appointment without my orders. The Technician was very sweet, she said that when I came back with them she would get me in, and she did. I've always had a good experience there whether or not I had an appointment.

Don’t go to this location without an appointment. The check in pad don’t work. I was turned away 2 times 30 mins before they stopped doing drug screens after waiting 30 mins in line.

Put a system in place for queuing. Get the tech some help - she’s there by herself and can’t reasonably process the number of people that come for the service.

Terrible experience. Was told to go at a certain time, then they sent me to a different location, then told me it was too late to do my appointment. Didn’t even let me in the room they talked to me in the hallway

Unresponsive and unhelpful. Won’t let me schedule an appointment for an employment drug screening but also won’t see me as a walk-in.

I can see why this place has a very low rating. But after getting in to the lab work, it’s clear to see that there’s just one tech working there and she tries really hard to get everyone in. I went in for a drug screen and labs for pre employment and didn’t have an appointment. Yes I did have to wait about an hour to be seen. But the tech was nice and competent. I’d say to all the people coming to this location to make an appointment if possible and even then you may have to wait a bit because they don’t have many techs working at the location.
Also the location doesn’t do drug screen after 11a.m.

They really and truly suck how are they even operating can any one really open one of these they obviously don't know what they are doing !!!

I had to do a drug screening as a requirement for nursing school and the lines and check in process at this location is terrible. None of the checkin equipment is functional which lead to utter confusion. I was then sent to the Round Rock location for my screening that only does screenings from 1pm. The rude receptionist at Round rock then sent me to cedar park. That was a total of 5 hours of my day.

The pharmacy representative that I spoke with a (male) was very unprofessional when I approached the counter to ask about drug testing. He was very standoffish with his answer. He did not smile one time, and he told me to read a sign on the wall as if I did not want more information about the fact that this store is listed as a specimen drop off and is directing me to another location. I would not recommend coming here and expecting results for lab corp…

In and out on time with appointment. Saw a lot of walk-in people waiting, I would advise against walk-in.

They change the business hour. Waste my money on the uber. What the hell would I know you are closed at 12:00PM if it showed you are closed at 17:30 on Google Map?????
