Quick and easy storage setup! The facilities are a bit older. But, being a smaller facility, all the units are easy to access.

Signing up with was incredibly easy. Accessing the unit is convenient, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Adrianna was extremely helpful and friendly, taking the time to explain all of our options and promotions clearly. We've had a wonderful experience so far, and we're happy with the service!

This is my first experience with Life Storage and it’s been great! I needed a place quickly to store my things after I sold my house but next place wasn’t ready. The ease to make the reservation was awesome, and when I checked in I received great customer service from Chasten. Today we are moving our things after 3 weeks and Chasten is here again and as helpful and friendly as the first time!

I was having issues with my payment method and couldn't get done with the app on time but the manager Chasten was very professional and very understanding. I've had a storage unit with Life Storage for several years now and there is new management. Mr Chasten said that he understood that things do happen and he helped me out with my payment and helped me out right away. I highly recommend doing business with Life Storage and the management is very professional and people friendly!!

I had the best experience with Chasten, the new manager at Life Storage in Pflugerville on 685 on Friday, August 1. I have had a storage unit for a number of years and I have to say that Chasten went above and beyond to help me out with my request. Chasten is truly an asset to this property and company.
I look forward to continuing to rent my unit.
