Had a bad experience, bought a furniture that was on clearance and I confirmed I have suv and that they will help packing and placing the furniture inside. They didn’t even remove the bolts, and the furniture didn’t fit. The lady left furniture handing outside and I had to hold until someone showed up. I had to remove the bolts & furniture legs myself and place it inside.

We needed an accent chairs, and after sitting on 15 or so different chairs. We found the one. Sales person came over and less than 5 mins. We were all set up.The chair will be delivered to the house for free & Hassel free.

Living Spaces has the absolute worst warranty policies I have ever dealt with. I have given them my business several times as I really love their pieces however, anytime there is an issue with a product they make the exchange/return way more complicated than need be for the customer. Today I had the absolute worst customer service from the floor manager Kimberly Hoover, due to her attitude alone I will never purchase from Living Spaces again. She definitely needs some more training! Just to pin point the highlights of our interaction, she got in my face, cut me off several times while speaking, refused to provide proper/timely solution to my issue and canceled my order WITHOUT my approval. I will definitely be escalating this issue as I also felt discriminated against. If you’re a person of color stay away from Living Spaces in Pflugerville. I strongly suggest they look into replacing this horrible woman soon as I am sure she’s going to continue to run down the stores reputation.Ps: Jose the floor manager in the warehouse was GREAT! He listened to my frustrations and had my problem solved within minutes. Kimberley should take some pointers from him.

We recently visited for a new sofa. Jena was our sales rep--she was very professional and knowledgeable. She was extremely helpful and patient and made the whole process quite enjoyable. On a scale of 1 to 10, we would give her an 11!! Thanks so much!!

Extremely happy with the assistance Peter gave us in the store. Love the variety of product in attractive staging setting. Delivered the same day! WoW! We cancelled our order at another store bought in February that this week they said we would receive in August. This store is Customer Focused and the warehouse confirms product availability with out DELAYS!!! Great Job everyone!!

This place is legit. So many items to choose from a lot of items in stock. No one's overbearing or pushy. Prices are way cheaper than other furniture places. Highly recommend.
