I did my labs for my doctor by Valerie. She was wonderful. Her bedside manner was fantastic. I’ll be going back to her next time I need labs again.

The staff at the Pflugerville office are very friendly and helpful. We were having issues because my son had just turned 13. (Unfortunately, LSCC does not notify you that they will remove your child from the patient portal account when they turn 13.) This is a corporate issue that needs to be resolved. Even though the staff wasn't aware of this LSCC policy, they asked questions and sought help and were able to get another patient portal account set up for my son. They were GREAT!! They were all interested in making sure they learned more about this so they could help others in the future.

Low this place the staff are extremely helpful the front desk was so polite the doctor listened to all my concerns and addressed them accordingly will defiantly recommend to family and friends

I was worried about going but a soon as I got I got there the staff where kind and helpful I felt like I was home visiting a relative and the nursing and doctor where very caring and I felt like they care allot I would recommend this clinic to all my friends and family

I wasn’t sure about this office because of the reviews but it’s close to home so we tried it. I had a very good experience there with my oldest daughter so I brought my other 2 in as well. All the staff were friendly especially Geneva and Janeth. The doctors listened to our concerns and my girls really like them. We will be staying at this location.

I'm glad I talked to Dr. Tobat. She is what you look for in a Dr. . As for the receptionists Janeth and Geneva, let me tell you! What peices of work! They were amazing and made me feel at ease as well, as this visit was to assess my cancer.
