We had a good experience with Gerber collision this past week. We took our car in Monday morning for some fender repairs and it was ready in about four hours which enabled me to be able to drive it Tuesday morning to my new job orientation …thanks to Noel and his fine team of collision experts for taking the extra step to give personal attention to my needs.

The only good thing about this company is the front desk...Valerie was amazing. They told us what needed to be done for the car repairs. We met Jay to inspect the car before the repairs. He made a good impression at that time. But when we called for an update Jay's happy cheerfulness in person became dismissive over the phone. I took it as I caught him at a bad time so I overlooked it. A few more calls later...the same attitude. I overlooked it again. Then finally the repairs were completed. When we saw the car at first I was happy but I noticed scratches at several places...even brought it to his attention. As we were driving back home the air in the tires were off. They had to replace one tire...AND that new tire was significantly off balance. Jay even told us that they would clean the car...they did not. More like a brush over. We didn't care about the cleaning of the car but the scratches that were never there and the non balanced air pressure of the tires...again the only positive experience was the front desk. Do not recommend this collision center.

Someone backed into my truck and I had a pretty significant amount of damage luckily, the other person insurance was able to take care of it, but I made a great choice in the collision shop that I picked because they did an amazing job truly outstanding and took less then a week to get everything done 👍

JAY is my superhero!
Some stupid (b-word) side swiped my car. No damage, just cosmetically annoying. I was dreading the whole insurance, rental, etc... whatever. He took a look and was then able to buff it away right there. That's all it took! Nothing for insurance. No waiting! And he was so kind and professional. You made my day JAY (J?) !!!!!!

Noel and his team took care of my truck issues and went through a lot of effort do me right. To top it off, the total cost at the end was very low which was Noel was more than justified to charge more but he didn't. Great job Noel!

Wrecked my car & had the repairs done here.. I had to Uber to the shop & sign off on repairs. Jay had on of his guys drive me home so I wouldn't have to pay Uber, super thoughtful! Open & honest about completion date of vehicle and pricing!

I recently had my back window repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was smooth, professional, and efficient.
Valerie greeted me with a warm smile and handled the paperwork quickly, making the process stress-free. She kept me updated throughout and made sure all my questions were answered. Raunel did an excellent job on the repair itself—my SUV looks as good as new! You’d never know the window had been damaged.
