The ladies there were very helpful. I wanted two pairs of sandals but my size wasn't in the store. They offered to check availability online, ordered online for me and then facilitate shipping to me. I got the sandals within a week or so of visiting the store and they fit perfectly!

I was looking for 2 blouses and 2 blazers for work. I entered the store and none of the 3 employees acknowledged me for the entire 15min I was in the store. Not a hello, can I help you, nothing! I even made it a point to walk pass the worker behind the register and she looked at me and continued putting her hair in a ponytail. This business will NEVER get another penny of my money. This is totally unacceptable ?

This store just lost my business for ever. I had a return and yes I lost the receipt but I went in asking for them to scan my card so I can get an equal exchange or credit. I was told they had a new system so I could exchange or get store credit only, this was ok since I just needeed a different size. When I went to the cashier, I was told the item was scanning at $25 below what I paid and since their new system didnt allow for them to check my card, I had to pay the difference. This meant they literally wanted me to pay them $25 dollars more to exchange the item because they couldn't check my card transaction history, making the total cost for these jeans almost $80 dollars. They cost $54! to wear around the house? lol. Why would anyone ever do that? I would rather give it away, they have the price tag and all. I'm never going back. What is wrong with them? It is not a good time to lose business but I guess they don't care.

Laura was so nice and very helpful the other day! It was my first time at Maurices and she made me feel right at home. I love all the clothes here, lord knows I took half the store into the changing room with me! Very awesome experience and would definitely recommend to a friend.

I recently decided to stop living in sweats and yoga pants and had no idea what to buy. Jo was SO SWEET and helpful. I normally don’t like shopping and can’t find anything that fits but Jo made it such a great experience and I left with a ton of new clothes. Thank you!
