These people are simply sick, my wife stopped by on first week of January, we did not receive any bill in few weeks, but on the middle of February i.e. after 1 and half month, got letter from debt collector. How sick this people is? you need to send the bill to the patient first, if they patient does not pay the bill then take the next step. What is so puzzling is that we do not have problem with bill, we were just waiting for the bill, we knew our insurance will cover a portion and rest we will pay but did not get that normal chance. In any case, we did pay the debt collector to get it over with. How dumb or sick this business is???

Went in for a covid test. Had to wait a extra 30 Ish minutues after the doctor came out telling me it would be a 10 min wait. Then asks me to wait some more to call the labs for the previous patient, changes her mind and asks me to come into the room, she yells at me over the phone that she has on speaker… which mind you shes been on hold so i dont understand why it was so loud to the point where she had to YELL. On top of that, she told me my covid test would be 200 dollars after seeing online it would be free or up to 79.99 . Theres so many other small things she did that i just dont even want to get into. Absolutely Insane. I will never be using minutue clinic again.

My boyfriend went in to the minute clinic this morning with a cough that he has had for about 2 months. Upon telling the NP that he had this cough for 2 months, she stated that she could not treat him because he has tuberculosis or lung cancer and she "needs to protect her license". She had not taken any of his vitals or listened to his breathing or asked any further questions and came to this conclusion. My boyfriend had to convince her to treat him, which she hesitantly took his vitals and then rustled around to give him a z-pack and an inhaler. I would not recommend going here for anything other than vaccines.

I was worried due to such low reviews and comments. I went in for a Wellness exam which I scheduled ahead of time online. Their waiting room is extremely large compared to other CVS and bathrooms. The nurse was extremely polite and friendly. I got called in a little before my time, right at opening. The process was quick an easy. For a Saturday morning, it was pretty quiet. I will definitely come back.

This is 100% a review for NP Glory O, who absolutely went above and beyond! I very rarely ever get sick so when something is amiss, I tend to wait til the last second and then have to scramble to find somewhere to be seen. So of course at 6pm on a Friday, my husband finally said we should just stop by the Minute Clinic and have someone take a look at my ear that had gone from uncomfortable to jaw-clenching painful. I'm not used to the process, so didn't know I was supposed to have an appt so was scrambling to trying to fill out the form on my app at the check-in stand when Glory came out and explained usually appointments were needed but asked what I was there for. I explained I was flying out for a diving vacation next week and just wanted to rule out an ear infection and she said come on back. She took a quick look, said yup absolutely a pretty bad infection and while 90% of health care providers wouldn't have even done that much for me, she then filled out all the forms, insurance, etc and got me set up with antibiotics I was able to get filled at CVS within 10 minutes. Should all employees treat patients this way? Sure, they should but do they? Hardly. Thank you, Glory, for being your incredibly kind self and taking care of me without an appointment! You made the difference in me being able to heal before I fly out!

I would give zero if I could. This visit started bad from the very beginning. The nurse that did my intake had the worst attitude with me. She cut me off while I was telling her why I was there. Very snappy. She really put me on edge and super uncomfortable. I wish I could remember her name but short, dark hair, Hispanic woman, on the bigger side. Then I finally get called back. Be prepared to wait. I saw Anne Milam, NP. She hardly looked at me (stared into the computer almost the entire visit) and instantly told me I was fine because my strep test was negative. She did not ask any history around my symptoms. I work in healthcare and was there for possible pink eye and strep. So strep test came back negative. Great! Pink eye? My symptom history of having a crusted eye, a husband with pink eye, and a son with pink eye he got from daycare apparently wasn’t enough for her. She told me that crusted eyes were dried tears and that only goop was a sign of pinkeye. I’ve never had dried tears in my life. If I’ve woken up with crusted eyes….it’s been because of pinkeye. When I tell her this she tells me that adult pinkeye is rare. I then tell her I’ve had it several times as an adult to which she responds “of course you have, there are three kinds of pinkeye.” Ok? But I still don’t have pinkeye. She begrudgingly asks if I want the drops anyways just in case to which I reply “of course!” I work in healthcare! What is wrong with you?! She then proceeds to put in my prescription, then has full her schedule up right in front of me and I can see her entire day’s full names. Everyone she saw that day.So so unprofessional and below the standard of care. Plus I don’t feel good! Why are you being so rude to me?Oh also the handouts she gave me about pinkeye explained viral pinkeye. I have all of the symptoms, including sore throat and “crust” on the eye, and it is very contagious. Again I work in healthcare which is why I went there immediately. Thanks for the handout ?But seriously, I am going to further my complaint to the state board.

Terrible- please do not waste your money here. I did a virtual consultation first- they claimed it was covid- and they did not precribe anything. I then tested and of course it was negative- i went in person and dr now claimed it was a different viral infection- I have had a fever for seven days and phelgm with blood. She recommended /stated- it was the way i was coughing and that nasal spray, cough drops and an extra pillow night would do the trick. I ended up goig to the emergency room and treated for a bacterial infection-given antibiotics on the spot.

Please prepare for a complete waste of your time. Scheduled a flu shot, showed up 15 minutes early as requested, no one was there... 25 minutes later really nice manager took pity on me and asked the pharmacy to give me the shot. Don't waste your time with the clinic unorganized and not focused on serving the appointment schedule.

I made an appointment 2 days prior for a time sensitive need. Showed up today for my appointment and the clinic says “closed today” on every door and kiosk. The pharmacy staff tried to help get it figured out but they weren’t given any information other than the clinic is closed. You would think they would cancel the appointments as to give people a chance to schedule somewhere else and not drive 30 minutes for no reason. Also, all of the surrounding minute clinics are booked. No appointments until Friday ?

Very disappointed with how I was treated by Amber at this location. She was rude, snappy, Disrespectful and bossy. She cut me off while I was speaking, etc.If you want to be treated poorly, this is the place for you.

Walked in for a flu shot at 11am. I checked into the kiosk and only one person was in front of me and it said it was just a 20 minute wait. So I decide to wait. About 45 minutes later, the nurse came out of the office (of which she was not tending to anyone) and she called for that person in front of me. No big deal, seeing that everyone there was just getting the flu shot. And I was up next. Now the kiosk was showing 0 minute wait time as I was now over almost an hour of waiting. Well, they close for lunch at 1pm and it was getting close to that time and no one else had been seen. 1pm rolls around and they close shop.Got there at 11am with a wait time of 20 minutes. That lasted all the way to 1pm where they closed shop for lunch so I'd have to wait another hour (till 2pm). That's 3 hours of wait time when the kiosk said 20 minutes and there was literally only one person in front of me.This place is incredibly slow and doesn't give two cents about people's time. Do not go here unless you have all afternoon to wait.

Tashara the nurse was AWESOME in so many ways. It started with her sweet demeanor during the call she made for pre screening. She has a presence - it was a warm interaction. And she called me timely several times, because not only was I late but I missed her calls. The visit was very thorough. I felt cared for and she noticed something else that I had not. She sent in my prescription right away, and gave me extra care instructions to make my healing process more comfortable. When I left, she called to let me know I had dropped a substantial amount of cash when I went through my purse in her office, and when I tried to reward her for returning it she refused. She also listened to me gab the whole time. I could not have come across a better human being. She's one of those lovely, lovely creatures. Anyone that knows is better for it.

I had a really great experience here with Shelly as the Doctor on call. Wait was shorter than expected. She was thorough and helped tremendously. Listened well and was clear with instruction. Highly recommend
