Paid 24 plus a tip for the titanium level and it was very disappointing. What was the tip even for? No one wiped down the car there was no customer service at all. They don’t even offer towels to dry your car. Definitely don’t come get a membership. I’ll gladly go back to palms!

There are a few problems I have with this place. One is my vehicle is always half cleaned on one side. I don’t understand it. I pay monthly top price thinking it will change?. Nevertheless, they will pull a cat in right behind you as though you didn’t pull in. I understand that it runs on a system but I have been pushed into another vehicle inside the car wash. BIGGEST PROBLEM!!!!! There’s not enough space to vacuum cars there’s no mat cleaners to run your car floor mats through with all the money this should be on the premises. Texas is big and I came from Tennessee and there are places to wash cars and clean your floor mats it’s apart of the car. Half cleaning the car is frustrating and having to get back in the car where the mats couldn’t get clean come on owners you can afford it. You don’t have scented nothing for people to purchase and the cars get half clean on one side and my mats can’t get washed but it’s a car wash and it’s the biggest here. You guys are making the money to implement this in each facility.

It now takes 10+ minutes to get through the line for a car wash and an additional 15+ minutes for a spot to open up for a vacuum. I literally just watched people socialize at the vacuum stations. I couldn’t cancel my membership fast enough!

This place is the worst. Customer service is awful. The turns to get in the car wash is way to sharp. The vacuums are always clogged up. Guess that is why the wait time is so long. That and people block the vacuums to detail their cars. They were emailing my receipts to me for over a year. One day they just stopped. I have tried everything to contact them for a copy of my receipt and nothing. I can’t get ahold of anyone.

I really love this car wash spot but man the prices went up dramatically!! This place actually cleans my truck very good. I can't afford it unfortunately so won't be returning. The wait line to vacuum my car was about 10min.

When you pay for the Titanium Exterior wash at $24 but come out looking like you got the basic wash. Vaccums need servicing as the suction is next to nothing, my home vaccume has more suction Horrible!!! I will wash by hand or visit somewhere else next time. Not only will I save $24 but probably get a better wash.
