Went to this store to get $25 in gas. Went in the store and paid for $25 on pump 16…. Remind you I said pump 16… the cashier put my $25 on pump 6… not 16… so ok honest mistake. I go in to get the gas put on the right pump and he refused… saying there was nothing he could do… that I would simply have to wait for the money to go back to my card… when he never even processed a refund… money never went back on card after being told to wait an hour.. asked for manager and even she refused to even come attempt to help resolve the issue… Still have yet to receive my $25 that I paid… no apology for his mistake or anything… left the store and waited another couples hours and still nothing!! And all he can say is I would have to wait… never again!!

If you are a member of their rewards program, they usually have the cheapest prices for cigarettes. And it's easy to sign up for the program, and it's not intrusive. Just a phone number. Quick and the attendants are polite and helpful.

The male who was working the store was not in the store it took him a few minutes to get in the store due to him sitting in a car parked behind vacuum. Really sad Murphy employees want to sit in a car doing god knows what instead of serving customers.

My daughter came to this location to put air in her tires. After spending the money to use the compressor, it was not working, and ultimately, after multiple unsuccessful attempts and the cashiers final attempt, my daughters tire was completely flat with no resolution to help her get it aired up. The cashier suggested it was the tire itself that could be the problem. A very gracious bystander (Thank you) offered to help her and was able to get the tire to air up with no issues. The cashier admitted that it was being worked on just yesterday but wouldn't resolve or help resolve the situation, to which he was actually the one to flatten it completely. DO NOT recommend this location at all. Customer Service was below the bare minimum, and to not care that a very young woman was now stranded with a flat tire is despicable. I hope that individual has the week he deserves. Do better.

Almost always a line for the cashier. Expect 5-10 minute wait on average. 3 ⭐s for being competitively priced.
