Great service and a very clean space! Communication was excellent from start to finish — everyone was kind, clear, and responsive. Everything felt well-organized and professional, and the prices are really affordable compared to others.
Chamekia provided excellent customer service — always patient, friendly, and ready to answer any questions. Definitely a place I’d recommend and would come back to!

My two kiddos were my mother in law’s only grand children. She left everything for them. I’m not a hoarder, but I couldn’t find it in my heart to get rid of ANYTHING.
Going through her belongings has been full of wonderful memories. Seventy eight years of collections, and what one might call things, we call beloved memories. Hard to get rid of sort of thoughts.
I started by renting a 10x10 storage unit, from My Place in Pflugerville.
As time has gone by, we went through the memories, the kiddos cheerfully shared the memories, kept what they cherished. And now we have been able to size down to a smaller unit.
Chamekia has made this process so manageable and peaceful!!
She set me up in a smaller unit, right down the hall from the first unit. Making it an easy transfer!!
She gave us a few days to transfer the things we are still looking through to the smaller unit, without shutting down the first unit!!
Chamekia is a blessing!! So so very pleasant to talk to, and do business with!!
She is a lady of her word!! And her actions are proof!!
Thank you, My Place, for having such a wonderful, cheerful person answering your phone, and working the front desk.
Chamekia is one of a kind in costumer service!!!
She deserves all the gold stars and more!!!

Chamekia is the best! My mom has a unit at this location and recently became ill so I’ve been trying to get her things in order. This week has been a stressful week to say the least. I decided to stop in the store not expecting much at all but was pleasantly surprised. The store was clean and well maintained, Chamekia was very knowledgeable and had an answer for all of my questions. 10 out of 10. Will definitely recommend MyPlace Self Storage
