This was my first time at O'Reilly Auto Parts, and my last.
Came here on 03.08 around 9am, and was totally ignored by the associates at the counter. They looked at me, and one gentleman was helping another customer. The other one, who was not busy, looked at me a few times and decided not to help. Not even an acknowledgement.
Do they realize other stores sell detailing wipes and all the same items? I get it... you don't want to work. But don't treat your customers like crap because of that.
The service here is 0, the products are things you can get anywhere else. Avoid it.

I went into local store today( I’m new to the area) and communicated with Ande . She was very helpful and pleasant! I bought a front headlight for my Chevy Malibu! She asked did I need help installing it!😁 To my surprise, it took her less than 4 minutes to install! I previously had problems installing because my hand is too big to fit between that area! She was the 1st to ever volunteer assistance! Thank you for having employees like Ande! She’s awesome and will keep me coming back!

One of the front lights on my vehicle went out and I went to get a light today. I asked for assistance and the sales man act as if he couldn't find the bulb area on my vehicle and when he did, he refused to help me. He told me I had to take it to the dealership. Meineki down the street was happy to help after I purchased the light from Auto Zone. Thanks O'Reilly for not wanting my business anymore.

On the weekends, they are horrible!, about wanting to answer their phone, they have it set up to go straight to voicemail, as soon as you call. That is why they lose $$$ on my commercial acct., and have to go somewhere else, what is really going on, who's running the store???
