Employee Brian was super helpful today, looked up exactly what part we needed and then went out and replaced my front turn signal bulb for us since it turned out to be an easy fix, all in probably less than five minutes. My family only has good things to say about the people and service at this location, it's our first stop for all our smaller car problems like that.

Love this store! It’s clean, organized & well lit! Pablo & his staff are tops with their parts knowledge & customer service. Bought a new car battery for my Honda this week. I was in a bind & Pablo dropped what he was doing & installed it on the spot without any hesitation. This really was a tremendous help, saving me time & effort. Now that’s a commitment to customer service!!! I can’t say enough about Pablo & this store. I look forward to going back soon.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Jon at the service desk for really helping me out today!! My car battery died at the HEB pump right next to Orileys Autoparts...I just wanted to start crying because I'm literally getting ready to go to a wedding and my car died. I was greeted by Jon, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He crossed a huge field like 4 times back and fourth to get to my car....and he also carried the battery and changed it for me. I know I'm not the first customer or the last that Jon or any team member has helped. Thanks so much for making my day better!!
