Today I got the pick 2 and a coffee. They warned me it would be a 15 min wait, which was more like 10 and that didn’t bother me. But when I got to work with my food, I had to throw the salad out bc the lettuce was CLEARLY DAYS old, it was browning and limp. I ate the soup but then got sick a few hours later. So yea, don’t recommend.

I had the half Fuji Apple Chicken salad and the half chicken salad sandwich. Both items were fresh and good quality. I like the consistency of this Panera in Pflugerville. Clean and spacious.

Cashier rung in my order wrong. I went to the kitchen to let them know and the guy working back there was super rude and was blaming me for ordering wrong. Instead of paying the difference, they charged me more for a side of bread bowl. Then took my bowl of soup and gave me a bread bowl of soup which has less soup than the bowl I paid for in the first place.

I have received better soup. This soup was very watery. No taste, I was too sick to go back.

It's a nice place for coffee and something like a bagel or pastry. We go fairly early in the morning when it's not real busy and it's a good experience.

Food was good and up to Panera standards. I had picked up my food and sat down and taken 2 bites, then they called me about my smoothie. There was no one else in the restaurant. I feel like they could have just brought it to me, but that would have been an extra thought.

Ordered breakfast $100 + for the following day for a morning meeting. Pickup selected for the drive thru. After sitting in the drive thru for 10 min I was told my order was given away to a delivery driver. I pulled around and went inside, waited 30 minutes watching scrambling unorganized lead and rude staff trying to prepare my order again along with other customers. My original order was then found sitting on a shelf. Breakfast arrived late and cold for the 8am meeting. Not organized nor competent staff at this location. Was sent a survey after this awful experience and never received a response. I will avoid this location at all costs!

Ordering here is a nightmare and I love that they have an unmanned kiosk, but that’s also the problem I had today. I thought I had ordered my food. The machine took my order, money, email and phone number. But 20 minutes later, I had no email receipt (there was no option to print it), no text and no food. The staff was no help and everyone I asked said to wait for the text. I asked if they could check the system for my order and they kept asking for my name (which the kiosk had not asked for). They didn’t see it. Finally, one cashier said she could help me….by placing my order again at the register. She took exactly the same info, my order and I had to pay again.There was no apology, no recognition that I had been waiting for 20 minutes and cheerily asked how I was paying for it at the register. When I told them I didn’t want to be charged twice, she only said that if two payments went through my bank, then I could call the manager get reimbursed.I’ve been moving my grandfather and didn’t have time to go somewhere else for food, and hadn’t eaten all day, otherwise I would’ve walked out.They make delicious food, which really only makes leaving a review like this worse.Either they don’t care to train anyone here or they don’t care if you get your food at a reasonable timeframe.

Ordered a blueberry muffin at 8:00pm. The employee said he would have to see if they had any, but I could see racks of the right behind him. I said yes you do I can see them. He said no those are fresh for tomorrow. I said I would love to have a fresh one and not a stale one and he refused to give it to me. I also ordered a soup and it was cold, so I had to have it microwaved. The lettuce in my mother's salad was old and wilted. I will not be returning, do better Penara.

I was picking up two doordash orders from this restaurant, and the orders were ready and on the kitchen counter behind the employees (not accessible by customers), but before i could even show my screen, an employee rudely asked me and another dasher to step back and let a customer get their food, then I think the manager showed up and asked us for our order names, and I showed them my screen and asked for those two orders, they didn't even look at the kitchen counter, they just looked up and said "yeah we don't have it, there's a delay with all the to go orders", I didn't even get a chance to tell them that the orders were ready and bagged up and sealed behind them, they just cut me off and continued to make more orders. I tried getting ahold of another employee 5 minutes later to see if they could get my two doordash orders, and the same employee from the first encounter that was making food commented "I don't know why he's asking for the food, we already told them there's a delay", THE FOOD WAS ON THE COUNTER. But okay whatever, I had a ? face for the next five minutes, even recorded that the food was there, and then another employee came from the drive thru line a few minutes later, and I had to hand signal to get his attention (this employee wasn't an a-hole though), and then he finally got my orders. It took 15 minutes from the time I got there, to the time I had both orders in my hand.Why did Panera even make a to-go shelf if they are going to keep all the to-go orders behind the kitchen counter? I don't understand from a business point of view how that even makes sense, because that's just wasting money on renovations that are serving no purpose.My advice? Find another restaurant to eat at/order from, this particular Panera's customer service has been going down the drain for the last few weeks. I would give zero stars but at least they weren't harassing me (and mind you, I'm a pretty tolerable person), so I guess I can give 1 star.

They don’t ask for your rewards info, got my order wrong- cup instead of bowl, wrong sliced bread, wrong sides. Everything took 13 min to come out after paying. They also put everything in one bag that ripped immediately. Received exactly 3 napkins for 3 meals.

The service here is absolutely abysmal. I tried to order on DoorDash tonight and they didn't have the product I wanted on the site. So then I went to their website at Panera and ordered through that and they first delayed my order by half an hour and then canceled it altogether. When I tried to call and ask questions about it, the employee hung up on me. When I called the second time, the employee said that they will get their manager and put me on hold forever. And the third time I called, they didn't even answer the phone. I will not be going back to get your mediocre food ever again.

Don't eat here. Ive given them so many chances because I love panera but this location is horrible. They regularly forget food. This time the lettuce on my salad was old and bitter. No thanks. That was the last chance for me. Never will eat panera again.

I called this place 3 times to add an item to an existing order and was told it would require a manager. Every time the line was disconnected. We have ordered from this location many, many times and like the food (even though we have had items missing from our orders more recently). Sad the service has really gone downhill and it's now a circus show.
