I brought my Shih Tzu nephew in for a teddy bear cut and was honestly extremely surprised by how well it turned out!
Every single detail we asked for was honored—round face, fluffy tail and ears, and a summer cut on the body without any visible skin. He looks amazing!
I was a little nervous at first because the first team member who greeted us seemed anxious when he growled (he gets nervous, but he’s not aggressive). However, I really appreciated that she called in another groomer who calmly held him and helped him feel safe. They also respected our request not to take him to the back (part of the VIP package), which really put me at ease because we don't do kennels.
I’ve had mixed experiences with Petco in the past, but this visit was a huge win. The cut is perfect and we’re all so happy!

This place has a terrible service, everytime I go there there is No one to help you, they only have 1 or 2 employs everytime and they suck at doing their job and always seem to have a bad attitude

Not my usual Petco that I usually shop. Upon entering, staff was not friendly or helpful whatsoever. When I finally found the cat section, I looked down and realized that I stepped in dog poop. I then noticed a trail of large dog poop that some owner didn't clean up and the staff must've not noticed yet. Asked an elderly lady with short black hair is there was somewhere I could clean my shoes and she was obviously annoyed and dismissed me to a roll of industrial paper towels and a trash can that smelled horribly when I opened it. Mind you this is around opening time so it's safe to say that the trash can had not been cleaned prior to opening. Disgusting experience.

I rather pay more money somewhere else than to be rushed & gaslighted. Paid $60 for a blow out and uneven face for my dog’s first groom.
Tried another location 2 years later, same mess. I was told her top knot was saved. I pick her up and it’s gone. I asked about it, and all 3 groomers were hesitant to answer. That makes me feel like they don’t even try. Just cut and go. If you don’t care how your dog looks, go to Petco.

Normally, I come here to look at the animals they have, so it's the only pics I can show. But this Petco was so clean, the staff were incredible and watching them groom the dogs, they were so gentle. Best part, there was no dog poop in the grass or parking lot 😁👏

I called ahead verify they had what i needed. I have a broken ankle w several torn tendons check out person was reluctant to call fish person to get my feeders and a snail then person who brought the product seeing me in crutches and a walking boot tried had me bags and was also really reluctant about putting all products in one bag for me I am not looking for sympathy but just a lil consideration sad thing was first customer I encountered walking out door was more considerate than either employee offered take my bag and help me to vehicle. I was not impressed w either employees demeanor
