Always waiting on my food and poor customer service. I waiting 30 minutes for my food and had to wait another 5 minutes because they didn't drop my food til after they served 4 other customer.

My grandma orders food at this location often, but she recently ordered her meal and asked for the senior discount (she is in her 80s and lives off of social security). The woman taking her order criticized her for using the senior discount on a $6 meal, but everything counts when you don’t have extra income. When she confronted the woman for her rude response, she just shook her head at her. My grandma asked to speak to the manager, and explained the situation to her as well, and the manager stated “well, we gave you the discount.” No apology or anything. This response was extremely unprofessional and uncaring and we are very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I’ve experienced bad customer service at other Popeyes locations in the past, but this was very disheartening. Shaming someone for not being able to afford a full priced meal at a fast food location is unacceptable.

I hate giving terrible reviews... but this place earns it. I've lived in the area for 2 years now. I've gone to this location about 10 times. Out of those 10 times, my order has been correct ONCE. One time.... that was yesterday, When I walked inside and placed my order.
