Every time they hire new employees, they never know how to properly execute cash advances properly. I’ve been doing them every month for over 5 years and never have a problem until I have to deal with a new employee. And it’s always when no one else is around to properly tell them how, which causes me to have to make an extra trip back to the bank at a later date. And guess what happens then: Cash advance with no problem with the properly trained personnel. Please properly train your employees.

Literally the worst bank ever. I absolutely regret ever banking here and experience some kind of issue monthly. It's disgustingly pathetic.

Some purple haired pierced face girl was rude through the drive thru and randomly held a deposit check for 7 days with no real reason. We’ve been business and personal customers for over 10 years. With impeccable reputation and relationship with RBFCU. The business deposits come from the same contractors for years now. Customer service is no help and you cannot call the branch directly. Only option is to go down there and get my deposit check back and take my business elsewhere.

Took my young kids in to exchange the coins in their piggy banks. They charge 8% for a machine to count the change, which is dumb but somewhat understandable. However, the REASON for 1 star is they REFUSED, after all the change was already in the machine, to give them their money (about $40 total) unless I gave them my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!!!! Will certainly never do any type of business with them after this experience.

Equipment is always down, it’s probably down as I write this review lol. The ATM machine never works and poses a risk of being robbed.
The bank is located in a dead zone for WiFi so everything takes longer and often fails in this area when using the internets.
The coin machine charges its members 5% to use and often is not operational.
The staff is polite..

I came to the bank for the first time today. I opened some bank accounts with the help of Stephanie. She was so very informative and helpful. This bank is very clean and organized. All of the employees were very kind. They're banking. Options are fabulous. Everything earns interest and there are no account fees unless someone goes overdrawn. I highly recommend this credit union.
