If I could give a 0 I would, new management and employees are Rude, lack of customer service at the finest! 0 communication skills I go here pretty often (Reward Member LoL) usually for my cigarettes, lunch break for a slice of pizza, and a lot of lottery tickets, today I specifically ask (like usual ) 2 Marlboro Lights Special Select 100’s the cashier asked you need a 100’s said yes. Turn back home and notice they were totally different Marlboro Gold 100’s went back for an exchange, the assistant manager said the cigarette cannot be refunded you should’ve checked them before leaving the store?! Excuse me?! It’s my responsibility to check out your mistakes and distractions? The Manager Came out with a lame excuse about being a Reward member for $0.50 of discount they cannot refund or exchange or made up for them mistakes. Great appreciation for Good and Loyal Customers and good Business practices of course!!!
