What’s the point of have a return policy if I can’t take the clothes try it on then return it with the tags and receipt. I been shopping here for years I don’t wanna waste my time going into the dressing room to try on something I know I like. I bought a dress for Easter Sunday wore it at church. then waited the next day to take it back to the store because I didn’t want it anymore the cashier and I assume the manager said I can’t return it because I already worn it….y’all need to cancel your return policy for people that don’t end up wanting the clothes why would I hold something for 30 days in my closet and then return it, so for that it’s pointless for me to buy it.

My family and I loved visiting this location on regular basis, however we have came across this employee named Zhora that has had racial and rude comments not once not twice but three times now and I think it should be brought to someone's attention as she leaves me and my family with no desire to visit this location any longer.

We shopped at this location this past weekend. At checkout, we told the cashier that we're going to pay cash. The total rang up $85 and some changes. We gave the cashier $90 and the exact change so she can give us $5 in change. She put the money in the register but didn't bother to give us our change. We told her that she owes us $5 in change and immediately she start acting like she didn't know what happened. She told us that she's not sure if we gave her enough money. We then told her exactly what we gave her. She then gave us $5 but saying that it's on her as she's not sure if we gave her the money. We told her that we gave her enough money and she's welcome to check the camera as we're not going to accept that she makes it sounds like she's doing us a favor or that we're trying to cheat her for $5 dollars. We told her to call her manager over so it can be verified. The manager came, told us to wait so they can go check on the surveillance cameras. They then came back and said that we're correct and gave us our change without any apologies. If you're so incompetence that you can't remember what happened 30 seconds ago then you shouldn't be working as a cashier. Even the manager is lack in basic customer skills.
