I want to give a big shout out to Clarissa at this location. My online order was so messed up and DoorDash and customer service was unable to do anything and they saved my hair today!! They went above and beyond by dealing with my constant phone calls and helping get the courier my stuff!! They will be the only reason I com me there again!! Thanks so much to them! No orange hair

I didn't get the girl's name, but it was 1ish pm on June 1st. It was my brother's funeral that day and I just went in to get some spare color to dye my hair after the funeral was over. That isn't super relevant, but basically I was just having a really hard day. I went in and just asked what she would say the cheapest hair dye is in orange and yellow (that wasn't ion or artic fox) and she IMMEDIATELY directed me to a brand called IROIRO. She told me about the brand, said It was really reliable and didn't fade quickly, and then offered me a conditioner to help with the longevity of the color. She was so sweet and got me in and out of the store and she was so helpful but not too pushy about the upsells. Honestly it just felt nice to interact with someone who didn't know about my brother and still treated me with kindness. My hair is happily orange and yellow now and has stayed the same vibrant colors through the last few weeks.

Watch your sales person!! I bought 2 nail files. Inexpensive, but only 1 made it into the bag. It could be a mistake, but I take full responsibility for not ensuring all items were in my bag. I was in a rush. Needless to say, I won't return to this location.
