The manager of this store is terrible!!! She is rude to customers and employees and acts like she absolutely hates her job!!! She needs to work somewhere else. If I go back to that store again, because it is the closest one to me, I will not be hesitant to confront her on her rudeness if she is ever that way again!!!!

The emo looking gentleman with yellow hair at the cash register was rude and disrespectful he was possibly having a bad day when he took has anger out on my mother for a small hanger that fell off when she grabbed some scissors she needed. Do better. Hire professional kind people.

Had a great experience late in the day. The two associates were friendly and extremely helpful. Both were engaging with customer and offering advice which was welcomed by all! Shay took her time to help me find my purchases. Highly recommend this store!

This is Paul's wife. I went to the store off of FM 685 in Pflugerville. I've come here often but this time an employee there, Beth asked if she could help me. That doesn't happen that often in many stores nowadays, so I seized the opportunity and held her hostage for all of my questions and needs. She was very gracious and so very helpful and kind. She even ran to go get the product book to make sure I was making the best choice. I got great deals and left Sally's feeling confident in my purchases, but mostly very thankful for Beth's patience.

They did not have any of the hair products I was looking for on display. When I walked to the register, the young blonde woman was complaining to her coworker about a customer that had just called. She looked at me like if I was bothering her and said, “do you have a question?” I asked her if they were all out of the hair product I needed. She just said “yes”. So I just said “OK. Thank you”, and I put my other items back and went to another Sally’s. ??♀️
