Since I moved to Austin I was looking a new hair salon. Found V-Salon and I rely like the service. Angeles always do an amazing job with my highlights and cutting my hair and my daughters hair. I highly recommend this place. Siempre me dejan súper el cabello y dese que Ángeles me corta mi cabello me ha crecido muy rápido.

My family and I (1 boy and 3 girls) have been coming to Salon V for about 9 years and we love it here! I made the mistake of going somewhere else once and never again. The prices are fair and the wait times are usually non existent or not very long. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this salon for 5 years for trims and have always been satisfied with their services. However, I recently made the unfortunate decision to trust them with coloring my hair, and it has been a disaster.
For months, the stylists encouraged me to let them color my hair, despite my initial reluctance due to a previous bad experience elsewhere. I explained I didn’t trust anyone with my hair color but said I might consider it after my wedding.
Finally, I decided to give them a chance, which turned out to be a huge mistake. I had carefully worked on achieving the perfect shade of color at home over the course of six months (please see photos for reference), and I only needed help with my roots. Instead, they applied an all-over chocolate brown color, followed by highlights that completely ruined the shade I had worked so hard to achieve.
I left the salon in tears, devastated by the result. When they asked me to come back in to “fix” it and sign a consent form, I couldn’t believe they expected me to trust them again after what they had done.
I am deeply disappointed in how they handled this, and I would not recommend their coloring services. See attached photos and text messages for reference.

The workers were extremely nice! But I paid 60 dollars for just a blowout with no haircut and I left with frizzy, unstyled hair. I called to double check that I paid the correct amount because I’ve never paid that much money with low quality result for my short hair. Apparently that’s what it cost. I would have returned to give it another chance if the price was more reasonable as the workers were very nice while I was there.

My son has been getting his haircut at this place for years. My son is also autistic, so getting haircuts can be difficult or challenging for him due to his autism. The staff are always very helpful and caring towards his need and they’ve made him feel very comfortable and welcoming every time. They provide great service and great customer care. I highly recommend this place.

Angeles did an amazing job on my hair, exactly how I wanted it I love it so much! I love this salon me and my mom get our hair done here I love all the workers they’re super welcoming and so an amazing job everytime!❤️

No price transparency!! Charges anything they want, based on the person? Quoted an exorbitant price for touch up which could be full hair at a luxury salon. A customer who was here walked out right before me, saying somethings in Spanish - now I understand why!
