Move in experience was good smooth and informative. But now I have been here barely 3 days I hear rats in my neighbors storage behind me I know they are big bc they are crawling across the ceiling beams. And pooping in my unit. This is very upsetting being as I moved here for location and convenience. But I'm not willing to allow my belongings to be destroyed by the smell of rat pee and poop

I was drawn to this storage facility because of their low rates, but I quickly regretted my decision. Not only did I find signs of pests in the units, but the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. It seems like the manager is too lazy to address these issues, leaving the place in poor condition.
I strongly advise anyone considering this facility to be cautious. Inspect the units yourself before making any reservations—don’t be misled by the appearance of the office. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere

I have a unit At Be safe in Pflugerville the unit have moisture damaged the furniture they don’t pay for the insurance company said that was no leak or flood, but there is a lot of moisture in the unit
