I have been a TMobile customer for MANY years and felt the need to post this review of the Pflugerville location, specifically the young man that helped me. I also called the store today as well hoping to speak to the manager but he/she was not available at the time. William helped me when I took my new phone in to get it set up this week. He was so professional, yet personable. He was efficient in his process, knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I asked. He also wanted to make sure everythig was up and running on my phone and my watch before I left the store. Kudos to William! If you go into this location and need help, ask for him! Or if you see him while you are in there, tell him to keep up the great job!

Absolutely 0 skills in service at no point should an employee ever blame the customer for the fault of something an employee did incorrectly. T mobile made the mistake and this stores employees first thing said was to blame it on me. No no no. Guess that's just the business standard now days.

Employees try their hardest to get to people, but they are overwhelmed. Customers are waiting hours to talk with an employee.Come on T mobile, you couldn't hire more people? Total lack of respect for the customers time. I waited an hour my self just to pay for more minutes on my phone. Finally left to try to do it online. Well that didn't work either...it asked me to enter a pin number which I am unaware of, and after several attempts I was blocked and a message said try again later!!!!!!! I wasn't magically going to know my pin later! There are just 2 employees trying to take care of a room full of customers...just guess how that makes me feel about T mobile.

I would give zero stars or negative e stars of google had the option. Sales people at T-mobile deceived us how on the billing really works after being in the store talking with the sales people for over 2 hours. They only cared about making a sale instead of letting customers know their first bill would be double what we signed up for. T-mobile does not care about their customers and what their first bill will truly be. Does not matter the financial strain it will have on a family. DO NOT trust them. Go to another carrier.

T mobile has the worst service. Go somewhere else for cell service. First, they put me as a business account when I never asked for a business account. Then they never let me chose a lease plan for my phone. Also, I told the employee I wanted to buy a Apple Watch. Instead, I was charged $8.75 for a whole year. I had to call customer service numerous times to get my complaints taken care of. Don't bother calling Corporate because they will say they don't have control over the stores. One more thing happens I will cancel T-Mobile and go somewhere else.

Good luck with the customer service here. Came by to get a label to return my phone and kept getting pushed back to the back of the line for people wanting to get something added. So, pretty much, a sale. Manager is a douche and allowed it. You're better off calling T-Mobile's customer service line than coming here for any sort of help. Wanted to add that we did come in on a different day prior to just have them take our old phone for a trade but the sales person said they probably wouldn't take it because of the VERY MINOR scratch. She said to come back when the manager was in. LOL, look how that turned out. We would have printed the label from home but it crapped out on us so we came back, unfortunately.

I have been a t-mobile customer for a number of years and recommended the service to an elder parent. However,Supervisor Stephanie at this location was an unprofessional nightmare. On Aug 23, 2023, I went through a two hours process of being on the phone to get the transfer pin code for a number that my mother has had since 1997, to switch from post paid to a prepaid account. I was told the phone would activate in 2 to 24 hours. Nothing happened. I called back in 24 hours and went through another hour long conversation of troubleshooting. I was then told it would take another 48 hours--that something was happening with a switch to 5G and they couldn't complete the activation. At 72 hours, still no activation.I explained that my mother had a stroke so she needs to always have a working phone because she receives automated medical calls about her meds, appointments and other vital info--and she needs to be able to call family members if she has a health need that is not of a 911 level so we can meet her needs immediately. Customer service suggested that I take the phone to a store to get a new SIM card because after hours of troubleshooting the device, they still could not get it going. I called the store in Pflugerville Texas and talked to Orlando who said this was not acceptable that my mother's phone was now down for over 72 hours and prepaid. He asked me to bring the phone in and assured me he would be able to get it working. I drove 30 minutes to get the store on a Saturday evening from another city (Manor, Tx) waited 45 minutes to talk with Orlando because he had a customer when I walked in...spent another 90 minutes with him (with Orlando staying past the time for him to be off duty) at the store while we both talked to customer service together and at the end of that time, the phone number in question was still not working. Orlando replaced the Sim card--to no avail. Still no activation. Orlando did not give up. He suggested setting up another line with a temporary number on a prepaid so that my mother's phone could work and stated that he intended to follow up and keep me updated (he was so wonderful and professional) but he went on leave a few days later and said his supervisor, Stephanie would update me and take care of me. Also, Orlando packaged the new SIM card that he assigned to the phone and said when the problem is resolved, to save me a trip the store, I could just pop the Sim in the phone and it should work--to save me a 30 minute drive back to the store. Meanwhile, I never heard back from Stephanie--days passed. She just didn't seem to care and even later told me it wasn't "her store's" issue or problem --that they didn't create the problem. But store is a rep for Tmobile and there to serve Tmobile customers. From the beginning, she behaved as if it was a chore to help me and as if she was doing me--the customer who was gracious about the outrageous delays in activation, a favor. She even said that later too, "I didn't have to even follow up on this for you." Every few days I had to initiate calls to find out status and each time Stephanie told me they had no idea when the number and SIM would be activated--no explanation-no apologies. Each time I explained to Stephanie the urgency of having that line restored. No empathy or help from Stephanie. Yet I was patient and calm. Anyone else would have been livid. Finally, almost two weeks later, Stephanie informed me the number is now working but that I would need to come pick up a new SIM. No apologies for the outrageously long time. During a discussion of how to resolve charges for a phone that was not functiong for nearly 22 days, and other issues, she kept talking over me and when I said, "I hear you feel your hands are tied about a credit but there are ways to take care of a customer than sending one who has already been on support calls for 5+ hours and who has been kept waiting to activate an important line for almost 22 days to a hold for 30 min..." but she kept interrupting me. I f

Definitely recommend this store over others in the area. I came in with a frustrating billing issue and their rep Stephanie had me taken care of in a timely manner and made the process easier for me! It was nice to be fully taken care of and not just given a number to call :)

The workers at this location are just chilling taking forever to do anything. It was so bad that two people ahead of me left and then I left after 30 minutes because there was another person in before me who still hadn't been helped and was waiting forever.

We are new customers of T Mobile as of today. Our rep, Jalen, couldn't have been more professional or attentive. I am not very savvy with the phones but he was very courteous in setting up our phones and made sure all was in order. Thanks Jalen for the excellent service today.

Orlando and Brandon are immature and unprofessional. I understand having private conversations about food and women. On the floor where people are listen is ridiculous. Jalen was sweet. He helped even though he was still learning. Also, T-Mobile should allow their customers to use the restroom. I had an accident on myself because they wouldn’t let me use it. I was there much longer than I intended.
