The German roach infestation is ridiculous. The exterminator doesn’t seem to help. The office staff ARE amazing people and they genuinely do their best, I spoke to one lady on the phone and she seemed genuinely concerned about my issue. but omg these roaches are bad. They are in my appliances, my clothes, my shoes. ITS EMBARRASSING!!! I have a 3 year old who is growing a phobia of bugs and anything that isn’t human because when she goes to grab a toy, a freaking roach ran out at her!!! They crawl into the bed, the food I buy, they new things I buy. Like this is ridiculous on a whole new level. Everyone I know who lives in the complex has complained about the exact same thing and I’m SO annoyed about the lack of effort on behalf of the management. For rent to be as high as it is, I SHOULD be able to live COMFORTABLY. I SHOULD be able to reach into my cabinet for a bowl and not SCREAM bc a ROACH is IN THE BOWL.
Other complaints: The toilet bowls grow black mold, the day we moved in, it had mold all in the toilet bowl. If I don’t clean it once a week, the mold will grow back. The bath tub grow pink mold, which is also a health hazard. And yes, I keep the place spotless because of the roaches. The park behind the complex is gross, like it looks like where dreams go to die. The playground in the center of the complex is cute, but little hoodlum teenagers keep tagging it up with foul language as if younger kids can’t read. And i wish the pool was open but I assumed it was something to do with the ph levels being unsafe, so that’s fine ig. Oh, and I’m not sure if it’s just the water company or not, but the water is very hard here, like calcium deposits will build up extremely quickly. That’s not really an apartment issue though, just for whoever is reading this, you’ll have to take a ziplock bag full of vinegar to soak off all the calcium on the shower head and faucets.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Do NOT move here, we have had SEVERAL leaks in our apartment over the last year that took WEEKS to fix, the shower grows pink mold no matter how many times you clean it, and same with the toilet! The toilet will grow BLACK MOLD everywhere no matter how hard you scrub. The office staff never answers the phones, the emergency line is not taken seriously, and the office staff is not kind at all. Anywhere I'm sure could be a better place to live, help yourself and keep looking elsewhere.

Property isn’t kept clean, roaches and office basically stated it wasn’t their problem, and maintenance is extremely slow.

First day of move in apartment smellls like cigs outside my building snells like piss and my key doesnt work! I feel so unsafe and already had neighbors yell at me in parking lot does not seem friendly

I love Stoneridge Apts everyone is friendly I can walk around the area and feel safe and never had any problems with anyone since I moved here almost 4 year's ago

i recently visited the property and had a great experience with Amanda. She was incredibly helpful and provide me with all the information. I needed about moving in. she answered all my question, clearly witch made process a lot easier. witch made the process easier. also mentioned that two of my friends are looking for apartment and will definitely recommended this place to then thanks Amanda
