Dry cleaning prices are much higher than other locations and payment is required upfront. I found customer service /friendliness lacking as well. Would not return.

Customer service over the phone is subpar. Both came off as a little rude and curt. I suggest an etiquette class for both people I spoke to.

I took two decades-old, three-quarter length coats of my husband in for cleanings. One is a heavy duty London Fog with a liner, and the other is a winter coat made of Italian cashmere. Both were really showing their age before I took them in and came back looking almost new! It is so hard to find a dry cleaner that you can really trust to do a good job on all sorts of things, and consistently. I think we finally found one! Customer service was EXCELLENT as well!

Just wanted to drop off a pair a of slacks for dry cleaning. Informed since I was a first time customer, it was required to be paid ahead of time. Do not pay for services until they are completed. Will not use and not recommend outside the gentleman behind the counter blatantly hitting on the female customer prior to me and had nothing to say to me as a male customer.

Needed alterations & a special throw cleaned. It needed cleaning & came out like new. Great with alterations too. Sunny greets you with a smile everytime. Highly recommend Tailor Fit Cleaners.

I have been taking my clothes to Sunny on a weekly basis for her 3 years and she has never once been anything other than highly detailed and super friendly! I remember first using Sunny and being blown away when she noticed the quality of my clothing and made a point to give them extra special care and attention. I've been to many dry cleaners over the years and this is the only place I will ever go to again. Even if I move out of Pflugerville I'll make sure I make the effort to take my clothing here because I know it will be taken care of to the highest degree.

The owner is incredibly sweet and kind. I got my wedding dress alteration here and everything was PERFECT. She’s a true professional and will take great care of you. I cannot thank her enough for helping my husband with his suit day prior to the wedding when she didn’t have to. She really made our week and we wouldn’t have look our best if it wasn’t for her. I will always just take my clothes here for all alterations moving forward. She’s the best.
