Each time I go to Take 5 for oil changes, the service I receive is awesome!!!!! everyone is very nice and they explain very well the service that will done or any other issues that they may see. Just excellent service!!!

When we pulled up the first guy that came up to our car told us that the starting price was going to be at $108 and ask if we were okay with that. It seemed like it was a bit high because we've been there before and are starting price was always around 85 to 90 for full synthetic. Then once they got us into the bay the other guy tried to get us to buy a new air filter which we declined because we can just clean it ourselves pretty easily. After we said that we wouldn't buy the air filter he went on to say they didn't have a oil filter for our car type so we would have to go to a different location to get our oil change done. To be honest it seemed like both these kids just did not want to do the work and that they might be skimming off the top. If I was the manager at this location I would really look into this.

They left the drain plug out of my rear differential when I left. Someone called me called me 3 minutes later to tell me, so I came back. The tech replaced it and told me that I hadn't lost any fluid, even though there was a trail of differential fluid behind my truck that was actively dripping out of the open drain on the differential. It was honorable that they called me to fix their mistake, but then to tell me that no fluid was lost, despite me pointing out the active leak, just sealed the deal. I wont be returning to this business.

I really enjoy going to Take 5 for my oil changes. The workers are so cool and nice not to mention it doesn’t take long at all. They do everything while you sit in your car you don’t even have to get out. I highly recommend Take 5

Trash place. They changed my girlfriend oil and did not put oil back in it. And then tried to deny it and would not take responsibility for their mistake. The engine blew. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE !!!!

Fast! FREINDLY! Love that they are open until 8pm and do state inspections. Most express oil & lube shops close at 6pm, making it difficult to go after work. The guys at Take 5 were super friendly and efficient. I'll be going back soon for an oil change.
