I had an amazing experience at Target Optical in Pflugerville! I honestly had no idea what I wanted when picking out new glasses, but the team was incredibly helpful. A special shoutout to the young lady with glasses who assisted me—she was fantastic! I hate that I don’t remember her name, but she was the same team member who dispensed my glasses when I picked them up yesterday. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
Not only did she help me find the perfect pair, but she also went above and beyond by giving me lens wipes to keep in my car—such a thoughtful touch! That’s what I call amazing customer service. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received, and I will definitely be bringing my family here and recommending Target Optical in Pflugerville to others. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The clothing area looks like there was a riot. I've never seen a target this bad. Took me about an hr to sift through the mess and find pants and a t-shirt.

This target did not answer my call even after dialing 2 I was wondering if i could make a purches with a ripped $50 bill after. Multiple calls and attempts to reach the store I was not acknowledged or given the oppurtunity for my question to be answered I am, VERY dissapointed with the outcome. I will not be returning to this location needless to say it is also a filthy store and should be cleaned.

The other reviews pretty sum up the issues here. What's worse is that they are now no better than Walmart. Time for Target to put the customers first because that's where most of your profits come from.

I was looking for women’s flats in the shoe’s department two days ago. I needed a size that I couldn’t find on the floor. I asked two workers to help me, they said both no English and they just walked away. I wanted to ask for someone that can help me, but they just walked away!

Target Employee Nabin at the guest service return area will help you resolve any return issue you have, goes above and beyond! Round rock target store did not want to help with an online order they got wrong, but Nabin here sure did resolve it quickly! A+ customer service here!
