Got here for a walk in and was told they had someone available for a walk in. Waited 30 minutes while asking multiple times if the water could be turned on so my feet could soak. Dont say your available for a walk in if the person has to wait 40 minutes. The person who was supposed to do it didnt say he had a full set of nails that was going to take another 20 minutes. Did I mention the person I waited for chose not to do my pedicure and made me wait another 10 minutes. He decided to take a person who came in after me. Thats the last time I go anywhere other than my usual location. Also I put a photo below so you could avoid the lies and the wait.

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Throughout my visit, several employees spoke in their native language while looking at my feet and laughing, which felt incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. It was clear they were making fun of me, and that kind of behavior has no place in a customer service setting.
Beyond the rude and racially insensitive treatment, the quality of the nail service was mediocre at best. The work was rushed, uneven, and definitely not worth the price they charged which was far higher than what you'd expect for such poor results.
I came in expecting a relaxing, professional experience, but left feeling embarrassed, insulted, and overcharged. I would not recommend this salon to anyone seeking respectful treatment or quality service.

if i could put negative stars i would. all of my cuticles are bleeding and my nails are all different lengths. i usually don’t care for the detail but all around horrible job done, prices may be cheaper here but do not waste your money. also took the man forever to figure out how to make it the butterfly stickers on my nails. after years of being in service how are they still open.

I don't like the behavior of the imploys here. And they don't like their work either. The service here is more expensive than it should be🙄 I have a bad impression of this place. Customer behavior is also not good😡

This place is terrible had us waiting for over 30 minutes for service , very short staffed , also workers not courteous did not offer us anything to drink

Very rude I just called and asked how meant people were there because I wanted to know if it would take long and she was very rude and yelled at me you don’t ask me that and me and my family and friends that go there will not be going there again

I come here quite frequently and have been for almost 6 years now and I made an appointment same day and I walk in and am waiting for my service although I asked for an appointment and they agreed

I’ve gone here twice now and been very happy! Linda is absolutely wonderful. She is a perfectionist and if you go for a waxing, she won’t rest until every single solitary hair in the vicinity is gone! Took longer than I thought, but she did a wonderful, professional job! A few weeks later, I got a pedi and it was nice too, although the massage was a little fast. I look forward to returning soon!

I received great service with my full set gel nails & pedicure. I have been to other salons and was always disappointed with the workmanship until today Wow...i saw the difference in the service I received. I am very satisfied.
