I don't even know where to start. These guys are what dreams are made of and I will give my business to no other. The service from Thin-ology is from a time long gone. In a vulture society where money is the only object these guys seem to just love people and love what they do. John and his team returned my call quickly and then patiently listened as I began to explain my rare issue with a no rush attitude. I have talked with just about every other IT server infrastructure management company all over the United States including Dell the manufacturer of the product these guys found my solution in a split second. I'm back up and running and from one business too another Thank you.

Billing is a joke. You sign a contract for .08 per kWh and get charged over 11. I've had additional line items added to invoices, when I brought this up, their reply was woops. The contract only matters when it's in their favor.

The service is wonderful. I love that they take care of all my updates and installations so I can do my job more effectively. Problems get solved quickly and efficiently and they are very patient with some of our users who aren't very tech savvy.

Thin-Nology is obsessed with two things, security and customer service. As a small business owner I need both of these. I started with something they called the Tech Locker and then we switched to remote workplace solutions. Best thing we've done in years. Can't believe we struggled to run our own IT all these years.
