“I want to briefly recognize one of the employees in the donations warehouse area. They work extremely hard and every time I have visited I have noticed how consistently hard and helpful he is not only to me but to others. It is a young gentlemen who wears a pair of sunglasses, and I think has a nose ring if I remember. Always helping me and other customers. With lifting and carrying items, and just providing great service and keeping everything moving even when everything is really busy. Their work ethic really stands out!!

Because that role is such demanding I do often see him all by himself sometimes on a very busy day constantly helping donors, unloading items in and of warehouse, and keeping things moving without really much of a chance without slowing down which I rarely ever see him stop. I seriously hope management is taking that into consideration and continues looking for ways to support employees in those positions. Someone who is constantly moving would definitely benefit from occasional opportunities to rest and catch a break. Taking care of hardworking employees helps them stay energized and continue provide great service. Employees who put in that type of effort deserve to know that there well being is value just as much and there productivity. Overall great service!”
