Rude desk staff. Explained nothing about the operation of the van. Rented dollies and blankets too. They told me to grab them by the door and load them up myself. These people bring a bad name to the Uhaul brand.

DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. And it looks like thereâs a trend in the low rating narratives within this REVIEW THREAD. On 3/15/2025, I entered this location to purchase moving equipment. The two employees behind the front desk did not acknowledgeânor greet me. I greeted them with a kind âgood morningâ and they remained stale in manner and indignant in presentation. I jokingly asked, âWhat happened to the greetings, friends?â to which one replied with annoyance: âWeâve been here since 6am.â I continued to shop and present my items at the counter when one of the women (who later disclosed that she is the assistant manager) rudely informed me that âI am not her boss and she owes me no explanations or corrections to her customer approach.â At that moment, I turned to leaveâdisregarding the items I had selectedâand exited the store. I attempted to make a complaint with one of the men outside who then entered the building only to have the same woman exit the building and approach my vehicle both aggressively and rudely. All of this could have been avoided had these employees been trained on the SLIGHTEST customer service etiquette and approaches. I get itâpeople are overworked and tired these days, but that does NOT excuse poor customer interactions and interpersonal communication norms. DO BETTER. I have escalated this concern to corporate.

The most terrible customer service I have ever received. We walked in and the 2 employees working were sitting the in between all of the cardboard boxes just hanging out never once acknowledged us. A woman name Samara eventually got up and came behind the counter where we were standing waiting. We then asked her multiple questions without a single response back from her. THEN, a truck driver delivering things to their warehouse comes in and says âhey can you guys move the van I canât fit to back into the warehouseâ where then the other woman working replies âyes you canâ and walks away. Him and I just looked at each other in confusion. We then are given a trailer that required us to back in at an angle - Samara is telling us to back up and we are close to the trailer on the left so I say âwe are really close to hitting that trailerâ to which she responds âyou arenât close to hitting anythingâ. The entire experience was not friendly - the energy was so standoffish and like they were mad at us bc we came in and they were having to actually work. If there was a corporate number or email I would send to corporate bc itâs obvious that these 2 women do not want to work and should not if they are going to be rude and not helpful, as this is clearly their role to do if someone walks in to the store they are employees at. Just flat out RUDE. Donât recommend this location and would give it 0 stars if I could. I got my refund and left without a trailer.

Rude customer service. I spoke to a lady who was extremely rude, impolite and impatient to listen to customer questions. Also disconnected the call when requested to speak to someone else! Terrible service provided.

The worst u-haul location. Came here today to book 2 u boxes but theh staffs gave me phone number to call and refused to help with the reservation.

I reserved a dolly with my rental. I returned the uhaul in like four hours with the dolly, to only be charged $125 for not returning the dolly. I then called the store to find out what happened, was told I would be refunded and would receive an email and neither happened. I was also given the excuse that he is a 17 year old boy, if thatâs the case then someone needs to check behind his work. Around 1600, I then drove to the store to see why I havenât received the refund and the email, and was then told that I have to wait until the tomorrow because no one was there.
I rented the unit around 0915 and returned it around 1250 the same day. I received two different excuses within 3 hours. I need someone to handle this the correct way and find a way to correct mistakes as soon as they see they messed up. Customer shouldnât have to wait, after weâve done what was required.
