Owner talks to you like you don’t know any better. Ive been gas lit and dismissed a couple of times. Debating if it’s worth going back there.
First time owner swore that she handed me my receipt and started yelling at me that she did. Turns out it was in her desk.
Second time owner was defensive and didn’t listen to my concerns over a print job error.

Devina at this store is absolutely fantastic. Not everyone in customer service takes their job as seriously as she does. She is always friendly, takes care of each customer with the same urgency, politeness and respect, and always reminds us this location is open 7 days a week ;). She is a gem of an employee!!

Very unorganized. I dropped my package off and it still has not been scanned in. I told the young lady several times that she did not give me the correct receipts for tracking and she could not comprehend that at all. I had three packages and all were dropped off at the same time and this is the only one that it's not showing that it's been dropped off but I have a screenshot of the receipt.

Going to a UPS location is really never a bad experience or a good one, it's just something you have to do once in a while. However my visit to this location at 900 E Pecan next to the HEB was a wonderful experience. The gentleman helping me with my package was so kind and patient and helpful with what I needed that it just made my day to know there are still friendly people in the service industry. I believe his name was Daniel and I want his employer to know what a gem they have with him. I will drive out of my way to continue business with this store thanks to him and his friendly positive vibe.
