Not a helpful place but also I often get misrouted mail or my mail gets lost. Sometimes I have to deliver mail to my neighbors myself. Forget to trying to go to the post office. I've gotten out of the the dmv in less time. They act like they are doing you a favor, but I don't even want to have to talk to them. If they did their jobs right everyone would be less stressed.

Over priced shipping. Continues to increase and service decrease. This place is such a terrible service, and no hope of getting better. Slow deliveries, expensive pricing. Wish there was more competition so we could have more options to ship. USPS would be the last option if others existed.

Terrible location to get anything completed. Plenty of staff (5 in the front and 1 or 2 by the door) and over 35 minutes of waiting to be told to go to another line because they couldn’t help me there. Had to go to the back of the other line and no one moved in another 20 minutes.
One customer from my line was told to go to another line in the front to be helped with a pick up and when another customer from my line went after them to the front for the same thing, the worker told them to go back in my line and wait. Like can the staff be trained in customer service and being clear about where to send people?

The gentleman was very helpful with my questions and concerns. Assisted with my packaging. Seeing the high volume of clients these workers appeared calm.

Just hauled myself 20 minutes to this post office so I could send flat rate priority mail. They have literally no supplies for that. An absolute waste of my time!

In my own experience they provided me good service, they clearly explain the procedure to fill the document in different priorities specially the old man that I don't know his name but he was amazing and fast as the lines are too, there are a bunch of different packages but you most bring your ✉️ evelope but you'll find different boxes. I really recommend and congratulations ? of the staff that they look relaxed!!!

Some of the employees are so unprofessional. Ladies are talking about their nails, laughing loudly while one is eating graham crackers while helping her customer. One employee (Gina) was outstanding!!

In my experience I do not recommend it, I sent a package and paid priority for it to arrive in 2 to 3 days, I am on the fourth day and it has not yet reached its destination and the only answer they give me is that they made the wrong choice. post office that should have arrived and that the money I paid is not refunded, that they only refund the money if I had paid for express shipping, I have no words, terrible job

My mail is coming in as I have checked it and I ended up keeping some mail in the inbox. However, if I do not pick it up daily, whoever delivers my mail keeps stealing it. It is stolen because it never gets circulated back around to be returned to me. I also am not receiving any forward mail.
