Tried a self service machine. It said it had an issue printing my label after waiting 20 mins. I was told to get back in like by a manager to try again. Waited another 20 mins. Got to the machine again and this time it physically ran out of paper. The lady behind the counter saw me struggling for an hour and decided to ship my piece of paper and it took 1 minute vs. an hour. If you're reliant on machines to work, please at least do maintenance on them.

We went to submit passport and the postal staff were very helpful in taking/validating the passport papers and submitting it in a very short time. We did not had a appointment and did a walk in but still were in and out within 30 min. The staff Gina and Mohammed were very helpful and listened to our request of accommodating us even without an appointment. Kudos to the staff for doing their job above and beyond!

This afternoon, I walked in to mail something. A lady called me first, but I couldn't hear clearly, so I asked her to repeat herself. She seemed impatient with me. When I requested a sticker to attach to the envelope, she ignored me and instructed me to go back and take it from there. Since I couldn't find it, I went back again, and this time her attitude was even worse as she reluctantly provided it. After I finished writing down all the information, another worker helped me through the process efficiently and with a great attitude. I truly appreciated his assistance. However, I received extremely poor service and attitude from the lady worker. I hope she can improve her behavior or get more rest so that her temper can be better managed.

In November, I came here to get my passport done and I met Gina Salanis, she was really friendly, quick, and professional. However, after receiving my passport, my date of birth was wrong, and my citizenship certificate was mistakenly sent by USPS to another address, fortunately, the recipient brought it back to me.This March, I came to correct the date of birth on my passport and met a man who wasn't very helpful and wasn't very friendly in his manner of speaking. He just directed me to Gina Salanis. Luckily, I got to meet her again, this time she seemed very tired, but she was still very friendly and professional.Five stars for Gina Salanis and I don't rate USPS highly for sending my citizenship certificate to the wrong address.

Horrible customer service! The manager Blair & Wan aren’t good for anything. I just moved here from out of state and they’ve given me a horrible experience at this location. Not helpful, attitudinal & I definitely Will not be returning to this location ever

Went to pick up my mail because someone broke into our cluster boxes. Gave the mail carrier my DL came back with my DL that has my address on it and my mail. About three pieced down it is someone's else's mail. "Hey just like getting mail at the cluster boxes". I go to the window and hand back the other mail and and tell him they he the wrong mail and he says "whatever".... lack of service lack of caring They just don't care.

Pflugerville Staffs are really unfriendly and not patient. Never see smile but cold face, uncomfortable. Round Rock staffs are much much professional and really nice.

Pflugerville needs a USPS on the east side of 130. This location always had a line out the door and is over crowded.

I do a lot of mailing for our nonprofit and have been to many USPS offices in the Austin area and this one is by far the best. Every single employee I have ever encountered has been very helpful and extremely kind.

My neighborhood mailboxes got vandalized just before Christmas, they're still broken and no ones mail is getting delivered. I tried calling them to see if I can pick my mail up or get a status update on when it gets fixed but can't get through to anyone

The mail carrier did not deliver my package because it says square instead of sq after delivering mail items there. They should be fired for not returning my item or delivering it. It's been over two weeks. Everyone acts like they can't locate my package.

I tried to fill out my change of address online. It sent me an email with BAR SCAN for me to bring to Po office. I diligently hold my phone up when called to desk to give to employee my email info and He barks”MAAM Can You out your phone away…. Uhm.. I never use my phone in public was only giving him the required info sent to me. He is really rude. Indian fellow
