Miles at this location opened a line under my profile and added every single add on he could without my knowledge. I have been having an ongoing issue with Verizon for the past 3 months dealing with bill adjustments and removing unwanted line and unwanted add ons. This customer rep is deceiving. Do not go here. They will do whatever they want to your account without going over anything just to make their sales quota.

Maybe consider training your employees on the latest company policies. I recently upgraded to a new phone and specifically asked for a return shipping label over the phone. I was told it would be “easy—just drop it off at the store, it’ll be quick.” I had a feeling it wouldn’t be that simple, and of course, I was right.
When I got to the store and explained what I needed, I was met with blank stares like I was speaking a foreign language. I told them I needed to return my old phone—they claimed they don’t handle that there that i should’ve shipped it out, the usual runaround. One employee even tried to start a new trade. For what? The trade had already happened. I just needed to turn in my old phone, get a receipt, and go.
Instead, what should’ve been a simple drop-off turned into a frustrating ordeal. Somehow, placing an old phone in a box with a shipping label and taking it to UPS has been turned into a time-wasting visit to a poorly run store where staff can’t help without calling customer service or tracking down a manager. I can’t stress enough how much of a waste of time these visits are.

Great service! I spent DAYS on the phone trying to resolve an issue with my account in the app. Went to Verizon location. Alejandro had my problem solved in a matter of minutes. I will always go to this location anytime I have any problems. Great customer service! Thanks Alejandro! You are awesome!

Good costumer service can answer every phone questions you my have i just got the gs25 and everything is rocking help me fix some bugs from the transfer of info from phone to phone just a grait group of people here for sure

I recently visited Verizon to transfer six lines from AT&T, and I was lucky to be assisted by Ciso. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Ciso made what could have been a lengthy and complicated process so quick and simple. He patiently explained each step, ensuring everything was set up exactly as we needed. His dedication to great customer service and his expertise really made a difference. I highly recommend working with Ciso if you need assistance at Verizon. Thanks for the outstanding service, Ciso!

How my day has been going! It all started Thursday when my phone stared acting up! When i went to Verizon in Stonehill! they said they couldn’t give me a replacement phone because I didn’t have the top tier insurance (didn’t know that was a thing) now I have insurance tho! Please give me customer retention number! Long store short with no issue they sent me a replacement phone over night.
Today I go to the store front for assistance in switching over my phone because I was having issues doing so! Sales person goes to tell me that would be $29.95 processing fee! wait what??? For what isn’t that what your here for? I have never heard of paying a fee for customers service! Nawl I will call over the phone it’s free! At this point I feel like this store front is just nickel and dimming customers! Why do you even exist?
I DID NOT EVEN LIST ALL THE ISSUES WHEN I SET UP THE NEW SERVICE!
