Walgreens pharmacies across the board are slow as all get out. They need to be more efficient when getting people their meds…. This one, though, takes the cake and is exceptionally slow. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for a simple prescription pick up.

Awful - I worked for Walgreens for 2+ years & was summarily dismissed, following health issues on the job. Walgreens in Pflugerville, TX does NOT care for employees or customers.

They're convenient location and friendly. Listed as passport photos location but they aren't actually doing it. Just a heads up for anyone making a trip here.

The dude with the keys was WAY too excited about slamming the gate in people's faces as the closed at 9 o'clock. Sure, maybe that's the time this one closes. But it's not unreasonable for people to assume that they are still open. And it's not like it was me he shot down. I watched the whole thing from my car. Dude need a different job. Unless that's something you condone

I came to pick up medication. I was told to come in he'd have it done faster. Went in and 45 minutes later, even after talking to them again. I got my medicine. They need leadership and more help. They are not even apologetic.

I have been with this Walgreens pharmacy for over 10 years but lately I have to say they have incompetent staff that provide horrible customer service.! My doctor had sent in more than 1 prescription for the same meds and they still could not fill it properly because I have 2 insurances. They made me go back 3 times and each time they gave me some excuses and gave me only 15 days supply. This is not even a narcotic scheduled drug...! What is the problem? Now I called today they tell me to go back to my doctor to get another script! I looked in my on line chart and it clearly says I have 3 refills until September 2023. Why would I call my doctor to ask for another script? Jeez! They are incompetent and lazy! They should have offered to contact my doctor themselves and straighten this out but no.. they want me to ask my doc for another RX!! When I ask to speak to the pharmacist, the pharmacist wouldn't even come to the phone!! So unprofessional! I am never coming back to this pharmacy even though it is only 3 mins from my house!

I was looking for Citrate Magnesium, as I am having blockage issues. This item has apparently been pulled off shelves everywhere. Understood. I stand in line at pharmacy, there's one customer in front of me. There's a technician working the window and a technician in the back filling prescription. Walking around is the pharmacist, he addresses the 1st customer.."Hey Mr. Wong." After they talk, the customer comes back to his place in line and I'm just standing there. Instead of addressing me, Phil, the pharmacist tried to find other tasks to complete...seeing the other 2 technicians were busy. I waiting for about 5 min..All the while the 2 technicians never leave their work area, I'm watching Phil walk around doing everything but acknowledge me. I walked up to the consultation window and said, "excuse me sir," which was ignored for about 10 seconds when Phil the pharmacist looks up and says "yes?" And followed with "do you have a question?" I'm just wondering is this normal business etiquette in a pharmacy? I KNOW FOR A FACT ITS NOT BECAUSE I HAVE WORKED IN A PHARMACY FOR WALGREENS!! I was never asked why I was looking for this item, What I was trying to treat, nor was I given an alternative medication option. I asked more than once what would be the most similar product and he kept telling me Walgreens didn't have any similar products to Citrate magnesium! Not even a best selling laxative. Truly disgusted with how Phil interacted with me. I came into Walgreens because I didn't feel well!! I almost bought another item but decided not to spend my money here.

This Walgreens has a common habit of closing the pharmacy early but not posting or have any notifications. Until you get back to the pharmacy. At least the very least they could have put a sign on the door, or sent one of the many txt notifications. But they do have a few exeptional Pharmacists. These early closings and this new direction the corporation is going with getting RXs filled somewhere else then delivering to the store cause to many issues and delays with not getting refills on time.***Update*** Took the morning off from work and was pleased to see notifications up at the front door and all around the store about the temporary limited hours. Thank you. Most of the refills were ready, but some still waiting to be delivered from the filling location.Fyi normal hours will resume on 8-5-22 according to the notice.

I went through the drive-thru 40 minutes before closing. An employee put an orange cone behind my car. When I finally got up to the window, the pharmacy tech rudely informed me that they were closed and to come back tomorrow. I am voting with my feet today and finding a different pharmacy!

If i could do 0 i would, you wait in like for 20-30 minutes every time at the pharmacy drive thru (2,3,4 cars, doesn't matter) and then once you get to the window, you wait for another 5 for someone to come help you. This has not only happened once, but about 4 times now. I will be changing my pharmacy after this.

Literally the WORST pharmacy I've ever used. Constantly have issues with them. So annoying! And the drive thru takes FOREVER! Switch now and do yourself a favor.

[For Village Medical] - I had an appointment scheduled for today. I drove across town, fighting through traffic to get there 15-minutes before the appointment start time, only to find out that the doctor (Dr. Dale) decided not to come into work today per the receptionist. The receptionist stated that she called everyone scheduled to see Dr. Dale earlier today. I told her that I didn't receive phone calls from this facility. She then reiterated with a snappy tone that she did call me. I logged into my mobile service provider and didn't see any inbound phone calls today. Oddly enough, Village Medical sent me a text and an automated phone call over the weekend to confirm my appointment for today. This is my second negative interaction with this place. For that, I will be moving forward in reporting my first interaction (a few months ago) during my conversation with the doctor. You can thank your receptionist behavior for this review.

Literally the slowest drive thru in America, for anything It takes less time to order food, have it prepared and check out in a fast food drive thru than for this place to hand you a bag I'm currently in line for the past 35 minutes and so far 3 cars have been served If only zero stars was an option On the bright side, I had time to have all of my prescriptions transferred to Baylor Scott and White while I sat here Also, they close for lunch in the middle of the day Seriously They must be exhausted from providing horrible service
