If I could do ZERO stars, I would!! My family and I have always chosen Walgreens for our medications and vaccines.... Up until today!! I understand the pharmacy closes at 8 pm, but they should finish tending to the customers in line (that arrived before 8pm). They had the decency to close at 8pm, telling the rest of us (about 5 ppl) to come in tomorrow. After today....I wiill most DEFINITELY be changing pharmacies. They don't even care, because they still have plenty of customers. I wish we had more local, family owned pharmacies. KARMA...

FedEx OnSite at Walgreens – 1821 FM 685, Pflugerville, TX 78660
Extremely disappointing experience at this location. I went to drop off a package (laptop), and the night shift lead at Walgreens refused to accept it, claiming their “self is full” and couldn’t take any more. This is the first time I’ve ever heard this excuse at any FedEx drop-off.
What’s worse? I went to the Wells Branch and Dessau locations, and they took it without issue—proving that this was just laziness or poor management at this location. If other places can “always fit a little more,” why can’t this one? Completely unhelpful and unprofessional. I won’t be wasting my time coming here again.
Avoid this location if you actually want to ship your package without unnecessary hassle.

Lots of negative reviews because people will write about terrible experiences before writing about the good ones. I have had nothing but good service here. The pharmacists are always willing to help however they can. I just had a situation with my insurance telling me I didn't need a refill but the doctor had ordered it. The pharmacist listened to the doctor. Thank you!! I did try CVS because it was more convenient but it was not a good choice. I will stick with Walgreens!!

I have shop at Walgreens since i was a child and this is the worse experience I’ve ever had .I’ll never go back to that store. I will shop the one i frequent.nicest employees at other stores. This was 685 Pflugerville/ Wells branch is awesome

I don’t understand why people that don’t want to work here, work here. They have the worst customer service. Every time I try to pick up my RX they don’t have it and refer me to other places.

Don’t develop photos here, I called many times after the 6-8 weeks (dropped off in early Sept) and they said they still weren’t ready, then missed a call in Dec and when I called in Jan they said there was no record of my order, and that a hurricane might have destroyed it. No emails about it being ready, just one call, and calling again in Feb with phone number (apparently did not show up under my name) they told me they had destroyed it. They said they give “multiple courtesy calls” but I checked and only received one.

This pharmacy location has got to be the WORST, EVER!!!!
3 times in a row, stopped to pick up a prescription, and they were [OUT OF STOCK]. Seems like they ONLY stock up on medications is when someone comes by to get it.
Get your act together, because THIS PHARMACY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

This one of the worst Walgreens ever. I needed a prescription filled as I ran out visiting my son here in TX. A pharmacy tech from an older gentleman of India decent helped me. He was rude and inpatient. Needing my refill immediately, he neglected to tell me it was lunch time and asked me to come in 2 hours. Most places you have drive .30 both ways. So this wasn't going to happen. He should have given me the choice before filling my script. I could have went to another Walgreens. Poor customer service. So I had other items to purchase, and the customer service was worse with the older Hawaiian gentleman upfront. I had gotten some items off of the clearance row and there was a price discrepancy. He walks back with me to review the item and he read the tag that says 50% off. So an item priced at $3.99 would be $2. No, it ranged up $3.99 and he says corporate marked as such and that's the price take or leave it. By that time, I was fit to tired. I paid the asking price and to never buy anything from that Walgreens again. And no, I didn't go back to get my insulin either.

I am super sick with the flu. Tested positive this morning. Went to pick up my tamiflu prescription so I could stop feeling like death, pulled up to the window at exactly 1:30 and the attendant put the sign up in my face that they were gone for a 30 min lunch. So now I’m puking in my car, with a migraine and the worst fever and chills while waiting half a hour for something that would have only taken them 2 minutes to give to me. I literally cried and begged “please, can I please have my prescription and not wait here for 30mins, I’m so soooo sick”. They literally clicked the phone down and just left smiling. I will NEVER come back here again. CVS from now on!!!!
