I went to LabCorp to get blood work done for my toddler, and the staff (apart from being unprofessional) did not store the blood sample at the correct temperature. As such, while the experience was absolutely traumatic for my toddler, we now have to redo our blood work because of the incompetence of the staff drawing blood. I advise to avoid this place at all costs.

I went to pick up a prescription and upon leaving noticed they only gave half the amount. (It’s a controlled substance). The pharmacy tech swore for over an hour she put 60 pills in (I only had 30) but she even documented 60. It wasn’t until they reviewed the tapes that she admitted to ‘miscounting’ and they gave me my correct number of medication. I’m glad the pharmacist got to the bottom of it but that should never happen in a pharmacy , especially with controlled substances. On top of this I could see one of the pharmacy techs openly LAUGHING at me when I brought to their attention they shorted my meds. Very unprofessional.

Pharmacist is extremely rude I don’t understand with all the bad reviews how is she still working in the establishment they need new management ASAP or to be evaluated ! I hope someone reaches out to corporate soon .

If I could give zero stars I would!!! The pharmacy is so RUDE!! I was waiting in line to pick up a prescription and the lady kept telling me they were closed as we were explaining that we were waiting at the drive thru and came inside because no one was to the drive thru window. I was in line BEFORE 1:30 waiting at the counter for help and as we were talking to the woman in the pharmacy she just kept saying “we’re closed for lunch!” Rolled down the window on us. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Super bad attention, I wanted to make a shipment in the FedEx drop off, and the man did not want to attend to us, when the manager called him via radio, he only came out to ask us what we wanted, my husband does not speak English so I asked him if he spoke Spanish and he said Obviously no, so I had to help him and speak to him in English to explain that we wanted to send a small box and the man just told me and for what? What's inside? I don't understand what they want, when my English is really fluent, in the end I had to tell him that he was going to another place where they could treat me like a normal customer and they weren't racist. And his answer was that it was better. A big man, with glasses, in the shipping area.

I will never come to this store again. I came into the store to purchase some medical supplies. I went to check out with Julie up front and she was super snarky to me. All I said was she didn't run my hsa card correctly. I was not mean nor did I have attitude. But Julie replied in a nasty response several different times. My husband has been going through medical issues so I had been stressed and crying all day. Julie at Walgreens could have made my day, but instead she made it worse.

The head pharmacist there at the Pflugerville Pecan St Walgreens is extremely rude. I will absolutely never go back to that Pharmacy nor will I recommend anyone to go to that Pharmacy, unless it's someone else other than her in charge. She thought that she hung the phone up after being so impatient with me over the phone that I heard her complain to others about the questions that I was asking her & I overheard her talking nasty and negatively about the patients that she was fulfilling their Rx's, it was very unprofessional. If people knew the things she said about them while filling their Rx, they would be appalled & upset. I can't imagine encountering her in person because her phone professionalism is at a ZERO. Where are the morals, compassion or empathy in these type of professions?
