If I could give zero stars I would!!! The pharmacy is so RUDE!! I was waiting in line to pick up a prescription and the lady kept telling me they were closed as we were explaining that we were waiting at the drive thru and came inside because no one was to the drive thru window. I was in line BEFORE 1:30 waiting at the counter for help and as we were talking to the woman in the pharmacy she just kept saying “we’re closed for lunch!” Rolled down the window on us. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Super bad attention, I wanted to make a shipment in the FedEx drop off, and the man did not want to attend to us, when the manager called him via radio, he only came out to ask us what we wanted, my husband does not speak English so I asked him if he spoke Spanish and he said Obviously no, so I had to help him and speak to him in English to explain that we wanted to send a small box and the man just told me and for what? What's inside? I don't understand what they want, when my English is really fluent, in the end I had to tell him that he was going to another place where they could treat me like a normal customer and they weren't racist. And his answer was that it was better. A big man, with glasses, in the shipping area.

I will never come to this store again. I came into the store to purchase some medical supplies. I went to check out with Julie up front and she was super snarky to me. All I said was she didn't run my hsa card correctly. I was not mean nor did I have attitude. But Julie replied in a nasty response several different times. My husband has been going through medical issues so I had been stressed and crying all day. Julie at Walgreens could have made my day, but instead she made it worse.

The head pharmacist there at the Pflugerville Pecan St Walgreens is extremely rude. I will absolutely never go back to that Pharmacy nor will I recommend anyone to go to that Pharmacy, unless it's someone else other than her in charge. She thought that she hung the phone up after being so impatient with me over the phone that I heard her complain to others about the questions that I was asking her & I overheard her talking nasty and negatively about the patients that she was fulfilling their Rx's, it was very unprofessional. If people knew the things she said about them while filling their Rx, they would be appalled & upset. I can't imagine encountering her in person because her phone professionalism is at a ZERO. Where are the morals, compassion or empathy in these type of professions?

If you're a veteran, do not get your RX filled here. I wish I could leave 0 stars. These people are so freaking clueless when it comes to getting your meds filled. They don't want to listen to you when you have #s for them to call to get your authorization # that they need & only they can call for & then on top of that they're even more rude when they see they're wrong, holy cow do better!

Five stars for the young middle easten gentlemen who was working cash register when I went. The pharmacy techs were so rude. But this man was so kind & even took the trash out for a lady, & helped another buying items with change count everything out. We need more people like him. Patience & kindness really matters.

It says they open at 8am online but they are currently closed and it says they open at 9am on the door. I walked all the way over here to handle an emergency and the store is closed. I’m livid

Customer service is awful, be clear say I don’t know when you can’t do return stuff or apologize when you’re at fault. Oh man,unbelievable I went to the store three times in one day until I was able to return 4 items. You can't believe I paid again for returned items. Finally a guy helped me. When you’re gonna return stuff, FIRST ask cashier knows refund or not.

I'm not sure why the pharmacy people are getting such bad reviews... I've had all good experiences!! Everyone has been friendly and helpful. They even gave me a follow up call to make sure I was feeling good w/ my "new" prescription or if I had any questions. Maybe the cranky employees left and the new ones are who I've worked with. Either way, they are doing a great job!!!

When's this Walgreens to get my last booster so I am totally protected against that nasty covid My neighborhood Walgreens gets it gets all of the points because it's so close to me and that's why I pick up my prescriptions but every Walgreens they are kind courteous and will help you no matter what

Don't recommend to go for Passport Photo for this store. Danny (sales rep) who have no customer experience how to deal with and rather just annoyed to the customers.Not Passport Photos skills

I waited an hour and 30 minutes for an appointment. After zero communication from them, I gave up and left. I received a text at the 1h 45m mark saying they were ready to see me. Complete joke. They clearly have zero respect for your time, so I'd recommend you spend your time getting lab work done elsewhere.
